  • Beauty at your doorstep!

"Could not believe a condo could be so close to the water. You are looking directly out at St John with the water 30 feet from your door. Heaven! Being on the quiet side of the beach had its advantages and a ground floor condo is defintely the way to go. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Caryl and Smitty, two wonderful hosts. Smitty was very helpful with his recommendations and gave us a nice tour of the island on the way from the airport. I cannot get Sapphire Beach off my mind and will defintley return soon. A truly beautiful place."

  • A most treasured vacation.

"Emi, Thank you, I had a wonderful time. Your unit is beautiful. Family members that rented 3 other units were in awe over your unit, the size of the TV and the complete stove with an oven. We returned home with many great memories."

  • The relaxing getaway we were looking for

"My husband and I spent a week here and can't wait to plan our next visit! Starting your day with coffee on the porch with the most amazing views was easy to get used to. The apartment was well furnished, with everything we could possibly need. You won't find a better view in Red Hook. The walk down the hill to town wasn't too bad at all. You are so close to lots of restaurants, but I definitely recommend renting a car. We spent a lot of time at Sapphire beach, which was a 5 minute drive away and a relatively quiet beach. You have to book a sailing trip with Max, because it is hands down the best thing you can do on your visit. We spent our mornings and evenings on the porch taking in the views and enjoying the company of Eva, the resident pup. The bird watching from Lion's Gate is pretty good also. Anything we needed, Max helped us with right away. We are already anticipating our next visit, it is absolutely a slice of paradise at Lion's Gate, you won't be disappointed."

  • Excellent rental in St Thomas!

"Spent a week at this outstanding property in St Thomas. Tim was very responsive to our e-mail, answered our questions promptly, and arranged a seamless stay at the Ritz Carlton Club. Thanks to Tim's efforts, we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit, which was fantastic. This setup is ideal for families -- bedrooms with ample space, each with its own bath, balconies overlooking the water, and full kitchen. We have small kids and stayed on the resort for most of our stay. With 4 restaurants, 3 pools, and a huge beach, there was plenty to do, and plenty of room for guests. The resort was busy while we were there, yet we had no trouble getting good beach chairs or a table for dinner. We highly recommend working with Tim -- our stay cost about as much as a hotel room for the same period and was a far better option for us."

Along the streets of this charming town, the Havensight Mall offers great Caribbean wares at duty-free prices and there is a surprisingly vibrant nightlife after dark.
