  • Always a GREAT vacation! Have returned 4 times.

"Beautiful property, steps to the beach, beautiful large balconies (3 of them), not crowded, wonderful twice a day maid service, nice beds, linens, robes, safe, perfect condo kitchen, 3 baths, I could go on and on. Just a wonderful place to stay for the most relaxing vacation in paradise. I Hope I'm lucky enough to go again soon. The owner was easy to work with and fair on pricing also. One more comment, get some groceries delivered and eat breakfast and lunch in the room. When going out or eating at the Ritz gets too expensive, order pizza delivery from Red Hook (Señor Pizza). Good pizza and salad and probably the best deal too."

  • Beautiful Beach Vacation

"We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, ages 4, 8, and 10 years. We wanted a beautiful beach for snorkeling with the amenities of home. We found it at Sapphire Beach! The condo was comfortable with some up-grades, but it had all that we needed. The air conditioning, washer and dryer and kitchen appliances worked well. The rooms were spacious and it was great to have 3 full baths. But the location really took the cake. The beach was gorgeous with lots of opportunities for beginner snorkelers. The condo is also well situated. It is close to Red Hook where you can get the ferry to St. John and where there are plenty of restaurants. It is about 45 minutes from the airport and Charlotte Amelie. It is about 15 minutes to Coral World which was a fun morning activity with kids. The weather was gorgeous: 85 degrees and sunny the whole week. After the touch winter in the Northeast, it was just what our family needed."

  • Has to be one of the best views on the St Thomas

"We were looking for a relaxing vacation with a great view. Papaya Ridge meet all those requirements and more. The Villa is near the end of a quiet road which provided privacy and tranquility. The unit is set up exactly as shown on their web site. We spend hours on the deck each day soaking up the sun and looking at the passing boats, turtles, fish and distant islands. We rented a car for the week (a car is a must because of the Villa location) and explored St Thomas and went snorkeling at many of the beaches. We even took the car ferry over to St Johns for some lunch and snorkeling at Salt Pond Bay (Best of the trip). The many close restaurants, to include Latitude 18, gave us the casual "island" meals we desired. The owners were awesome and answered all our questions before and after we arrived to include the best places to eat and shop. We are already talking about going back."

  • paradise

"Paradise !! - the beach, the view, the location, the accommodations - everything was perfect! The condo was clean, nicely updated kitchen, huge and beautifully remolded bathroom. The King size bed was very comfortable - everything was super! Chairs and snorkel gear where generously provided by Hong! Many many thanks! Saw sea turtles, stingrays and Nemo too!! There is a small grill type restaurant on the beach which is convenient for lunch and drinks. Some disarray is visible as areas are cautioned taped off where a restaurant used to be as well as the dive shop. There was talk on the beach and evidence of work on getting the dive shop open soon. I certainly hope so. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool! We had plans on visiting St John; however, everything we needed was right there. Breathtaking views. Pictures just don't do justice. Loved to sit out on the patio every night to enjoy a rum drink while listening to the waves. Absolutely perfect. Morning sunrises were just beautiful. Its a great location. You will not be disappointed. We will be back !! I would highly recommend this condo to everyone and anyone I know.....and plan on doing just that. . Thank you Hong for sharing your Island home and making this a vacation full of memories!!"
