"It was everything that we had hoped it would be. It is a beautiful property & the views are really good.
Would love to remove 1 tree that stands right in the middle of the view, but that's just me. I would suggest for anyone going to remember to grab a bag of ice. The ice trays in the freezer were empty and the outdoor light was not working, so we could not grill after dark. That being said, the property was very comfortable and lovely. I have shared with some friends who are planning on visiting."

"I rented the villa for my parents and the extended family for 8 days for their 50th wedding anniversary. Ive been coming to the islands for years and wanted to show them a great time. Eau Claire did not disappoint. The villa is well appointed and gracious, with incredible sweeping views of the bay. The large deck on the main floor was where we watched the baitfish/pelican/turtle show all day. The pocket beach is just so fantastic. Its private and secluded, but a short wade to Magens beach if so desired. The villas location is great for day excursions and close to great dining and activities. I cant wait to stay again, thank you so much for this wonderful place"

"Plan on never wanting to leave! We absolutely loved it! The studio was just perfect! The view breathtaking! Fun to watch the Pelicans. Saw turtles, lots of fish, so bring your goggles and snorkel! Easy walk in the water to Megan's bay or even the other direction to some other small beaches. Very quiet, hardly new anyone else was there.
Enjoyed lunch the deck, although in the evening, just watch out for the few misquotes.
The small fridge is plenty of room, but it would have been nice if freezer was separate. You can only get a half a bag of ice in it.
And if you love boats...big boats...perfect spot to dream!
Defiantly would stay again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!"

"The views from every room were amazing, but nothing beats the master bedroom. Wow! We could see so many islands. The walk-in shower was bigger than an apartment I once lived in and even that had a view! We loved exploring the island but it was always a treat to come home. The big pool was a nice way to start and end each day, and it was so private. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen looked like it had everything you’d need. The house was colorful and comfortable, although not really luxurious in terms of furnishings. Some parts of the house could use a little TLC, but overall it was perfect for us. We’d love to come back. It would be a great place for a family wedding too."
