"Three palms was absolutely the perfect spot for our 11 family members. The home was comfortable and inviting. The view is absolutely as remarkable as the photos. Yes, the house needs a little sprucing up, but that did not matter one little bit. We had an absolutely incredible trip. We didn't want to come home. Thank you Spencer for rescuing us when we were lost. Navigation was definitely an adventure! I think next time we will have the kitchen prestocked for us. Trying to find a market was tough. We will most definitely consider staying here again if we come back to St. Thomas. Vicious and Spencer are wonderful hosts."

"The views from every room were amazing, but nothing beats the master bedroom. Wow! We could see so many islands. The walk-in shower was bigger than an apartment I once lived in and even that had a view! We loved exploring the island but it was always a treat to come home. The big pool was a nice way to start and end each day, and it was so private. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen looked like it had everything you’d need. The house was colorful and comfortable, although not really luxurious in terms of furnishings. Some parts of the house could use a little TLC, but overall it was perfect for us. We’d love to come back. It would be a great place for a family wedding too."

"We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again if we return to St. Thomas. The pictures of the villa don't do it justice. The views are incredible and everything was clean and well maintained. We traveled with another couple and really enjoyed being away from the busy tourist areas. You will definitely want to have a car but this location is close to some of the most beautiful beaches and there are several good restaurants in the area. Beds were comfortable and tons of windows and patio doors let in the ocean breezes and sounds of waves crashing. We never turned on the television but we did use the wi-fi which was nice to have because our cell phone provider (Verizon) didn't seem to have a presence on the island. Overall we had a fantastic vacation and were very glad we chose this property."

"To say this place was beautiful is an understatement. Words do not do enough to capture the beauty of Villa Eau Claire. We arrived in the early afternoon and were greeted at the airport by the incredibly warm and helpful Julia. She took us to the supermarket and then we traversed the hilly roads to arrive at our condo. The views are amazing. We swam daily with sea turtles right in the pocket beach on the premise. We walked down to the big beach and enjoyed some pizza and rum punch and we spent the days snorkeling and swimming around the bay. This location was perfect for our two teenagers 15 and 17 and our friends that joined us in the studio apartment below. The condo was open, breezy and had everything we needed. The studio can get a little stuffy when it's quite warm, but the air conditioner cools it down quickly.
My husband developed a very serious tooth infection while on vacation and Annika the owner not only recommended a dentist, but also allowed us a later than usual checkout so he could rest before flying home. The only downside we experienced is no broom in the main condo (at least not one we could locate), but the people next to use let us borrow their broom. Oh and driving. Driving is a risky endeavor on the island, but one we adjusted to.
We cannot wait to return to this little slice of heaven on earth!"
