  • Relaxing vacation

"My family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 5 days and had the best time! The condo is oceanfront with a huge balcony and the view is AMAZING!!! There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and the condo was very nice and clean! My children spent most of their time swimming in the pool, which we had to ourselves 80 percent of the time! My husband and daughter rented snorkel gear next door and snorkeled all around the bay! I could sit on the balcony and watch them! The condo is in the perfect location! It's on the top floor and the view is gorgeous! The property is quiet, safe and relaxing! We ate at Iggies beach bar (located next door / 2 minute walk on the beach) and at Mims (located right next to the pool)! Iggies had a band several evenings during the week and the kids enjoyed dancing with everyone next to the beach. . We could also hear the band from our balcony, which was nice (you could not hear it inside, so it did not bother our sleeping kiddos)! They offer beach volleyball, bean bag toss and a few other games. We did not rent a car for the first 2 days and only needed one to get groceries and visit some of the other beaches on the island. Our vacation was fabulous and we cannot wait to visit again!"

  • Nice Family Getaway

"My wife and step daughter stayed at the browning’s condo and had a great time. The condo is centrally located to all the spots on the island. There are three restaurants within walking distance of the condo Iggy’s, Lobster Grill and Mins. We tried all three and were quite pleased. The condo itself met are needs. I would say that it needs a few upgrades to the screens and the bathroom. But overall it was clean and confortable for our family. The pool was right outside our unit, which we used every day. Never very crowded. The Browning’s were very attentive to our needs and were quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. In order to truly enjoy the island, rent a car. I adjusted pretty easily to driving the narrow, winding roads of St Thomas. The first time driving on the left side of the road. Just remember to keep your left shoulder to the left side of the road and you will be fine. Every day we would visit a different beach. The beach at Bolongo is rocky and not a lot of sand. Bring your aqua socks if you go into the water. We took a tour of St Johns and it was the highlight of the trip. Great snorkeling at Trunk Bay. For a family laid back vacation, the Browning’s condo will meet your needs. Bring bug spray as the sand fleas and mosquitoes are really bad."

  • Seniors visiting daughter and grandson who live in St Thomas

"A great place to spend a week or few days! Everything was as we expected it to be and the position is perfect. Loved having 3 restaurants within walking distance and especially liked the Lobster Grill at the far end of the beach at Bolongo Bay Resort. Enjoyed the half day sail to Turtle Cove on the catamaran too. Definitely recommend hiring a car as there are lots of other bays and beaches to explore. We went to Avis downtown and had no problem."

  • Paradise

"This condo is amazing for the price! We just arrived a day ago and it has been nothing but fabulous! The food at iggies was great, sitting by the ocean at night listening music what a vacation! But a rental car is a must we got ours for $56 a day beats the $80 we spent yesterday just to get here and go to the grocery store! Food is expensive at the grocery store as well so I would say eat at home and eat out It would probably come out the same seeing you won't eat a big bulk of food if your here for a week. Cindy was helpful providing all the information to make a trip amazing and took time to call and give me all the info when booking the rental! The view is amazing it's pretty quiet and we are really enjoying it! We will most definitely will return!!!"
