  • Great Week at a Great Place

"This is a great place for a great price! We had an awesome time staying in this one bedroom apartment. The place is nice and clean, and the pictures are accurate."

  • Perfect Location

"We enjoyed are stay. After driving all over the island and experiencing some of the roads to other locations, I realized that this location is perfect. Our niece lives on the island and gave us the grand tour. Thanks Aaron for the clean and quiet condo!!"

  • 2nd stay here & it didn't disappoint!! We LOVE this condo!!

"Where to start? This is our 2nd stay at #263122 and 2nd year in a row visiting STT. The condo was perfect as remembered. Sue & Joe have gone above and beyond to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment with every amenity available. There's a guest book in which I ended up writing a 3 page monologue this year :) We ate at Mim's, literally steps away from the door, twice. In the past year there has been a Walgreen's built which was great when I forgot my baby's shampoo and am picky about which ones I like (they sold Just Hatched, Burt's Bees, Babyganics, etc.). This condo is literally 10 mins from the ferry and 10 minutes from downtown. It's maybe at most 15 from the airport. It's so centralized that nothing is a far drive. We found the best bargains for food at Cost U Less, again 10 minutes away. Iggies is an awesome beach bar and there's a full lineup on the beach of VERY reasonably priced watersport rentals. We loved paddleboarding and kayaking. Lobster Grille is great for breakfast. 3 restaurants on site, 3 pools, one of which you can see the cruise ships leave at night. Buck Island is 3 miles south and in plain view. The view is amazing!!!! The condo is fully stocked with pool toys, snorkel gear, towels, pots and pans, food storage containers, a blender, small toaster oven, electric range, & microwave. There is a cooler (both large and small) and ice packs in the freezer to make lunches for beach trips. There is a keyless entry deadbolt as well as a regular lock so if you just want to run to the pool real quick, you can go keyless (it is battery operated though, so don't rely solely on this for your whole trip). There is a safe to store valuables and a full sized-fridge. The Wi-Fi makes calling home through a smartphone app (I used Boss Revolution at 1.9 cents per minute to NJ) as well as checking websites a breeze. The cable comes in great and has all the channels you need if you want to sit back and watch at night. There are books and games for a rainy day and laundry on site so you don't have to come home to piles of laundry. Sue has always kept great communication going & promptly returns your security providing you stick to the original terms of your rental agreement. We hope to return next year. We travel with our 15 year old, 14 year old and 2 year old and this condo fulfills every possible need while giving a nice sense of privacy. Thank you a million times over for sharing your home with us!! -The Johnson Family"

  • 30th Anniversary Trip for us & 10th Anniversary Trip for sister/husband

"This condo was clean and well appointed and it is located on the 3rd level, just 30 feet above the crashing surf. The view over Bolongo Bay and resort was breathtaking. There are three restaurants within short walking distance and the food/drinks were outstanding. Music every night (plays until 10pm) and seen 6 weddings during our 9 days there. Miss Virgin Islands Gabby was our waitress one morning when we ate breakfast out at Lobster Grill (one of the 3 restuarants). The owner's were extremely friendly and answered any questions that came up quickly. This was our 5th stay on the island (we like to try different ones/areas) and this was our 1st at Nikki & Ed’s villa. Location was outstanding. We love this side of the island (easiest driving) and this villa was located half way to Red Hook or half way back to Havensight shopping area (perfect for what we wanted to do). With having 4 adults in this unit, we had no problems moving about, plenty of space except cooking, smaller kitchen made for 2 people only (that being the men). Plenty of towels, beach items, supplies and plenty of hot water. Drinks each morning and night out on the large balcony with plenty of seating. Birds visited us daily including humming birds. Beds very comfy with large closets and plenty of dresser space. Our last night we made it up to the hilltop pool to watch the amazing sunset with a cruise ship leaving, simply gorgeous. We also left our patio door open all night to hear the waves crashing in, amazing sound to hear all night long. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and everyone including ourselves again."
