  • 2nd stay here & it didn't disappoint!! We LOVE this condo!!

"Where to start? This is our 2nd stay at #263122 and 2nd year in a row visiting STT. The condo was perfect as remembered. Sue & Joe have gone above and beyond to provide a comfortable, relaxing environment with every amenity available. There's a guest book in which I ended up writing a 3 page monologue this year :) We ate at Mim's, literally steps away from the door, twice. In the past year there has been a Walgreen's built which was great when I forgot my baby's shampoo and am picky about which ones I like (they sold Just Hatched, Burt's Bees, Babyganics, etc.). This condo is literally 10 mins from the ferry and 10 minutes from downtown. It's maybe at most 15 from the airport. It's so centralized that nothing is a far drive. We found the best bargains for food at Cost U Less, again 10 minutes away. Iggies is an awesome beach bar and there's a full lineup on the beach of VERY reasonably priced watersport rentals. We loved paddleboarding and kayaking. Lobster Grille is great for breakfast. 3 restaurants on site, 3 pools, one of which you can see the cruise ships leave at night. Buck Island is 3 miles south and in plain view. The view is amazing!!!! The condo is fully stocked with pool toys, snorkel gear, towels, pots and pans, food storage containers, a blender, small toaster oven, electric range, & microwave. There is a cooler (both large and small) and ice packs in the freezer to make lunches for beach trips. There is a keyless entry deadbolt as well as a regular lock so if you just want to run to the pool real quick, you can go keyless (it is battery operated though, so don't rely solely on this for your whole trip). There is a safe to store valuables and a full sized-fridge. The Wi-Fi makes calling home through a smartphone app (I used Boss Revolution at 1.9 cents per minute to NJ) as well as checking websites a breeze. The cable comes in great and has all the channels you need if you want to sit back and watch at night. There are books and games for a rainy day and laundry on site so you don't have to come home to piles of laundry. Sue has always kept great communication going & promptly returns your security providing you stick to the original terms of your rental agreement. We hope to return next year. We travel with our 15 year old, 14 year old and 2 year old and this condo fulfills every possible need while giving a nice sense of privacy. Thank you a million times over for sharing your home with us!! -The Johnson Family"

  • Fantastic Stay in the "Mango Room"

"I stayed in the Mango Room at Villa Marbella in mid September and had a fantastic time! Gunner and Leah are the best people you could ask for and the dogs are fun too. I was visiting my teenage daughter and really just need a small room that was safe and clean and the Mango room at Villa Marbella was perfect. The nightly rate was extremely reasonable and helped keep my trip affordable. The pictures of the room are exactly what you get – small but super cozy, safe, clean, everything you need. In fact we were the only people there for the last 4 days of my stay and Leah generously offered to move us to a larger room (at no charge by the way) and my daughter said no, she preferred the Mango room since it was cozier. The room has a dorm-sized fridge, microwave and a hot plate type appliance, suitable for a single pan. Pans, silverware and cups were provided as was a Keurig and coffee. We had oatmeal, cereal, and sandwiches during the day and usually grabbed something out in the evening. The pool was lovely and the grounds as well. We rented a jeep from them; which was a great decision. I arrived late in the evening and having them pick me up as a service included with car rental, was a great decision on my part. The roads are pretty steep and twisting and trying to find my way in the dark might have been tricky. Having them pick me up made it super easy. I just can’t say enough about Gunner and Leah and their staff, Jack, Lexi and Jager the dogs and the Villa Marbella experience. As one last anecdote, the day I was leaving I logged into my bank account and noticed that a local grocery store had charge me $111.00 when my bill was actually $11 (big difference!) I asked Gunner about it and he was immediately on the phone with the store owner and took care of everything securing me accredit of the $100 overcharge. It was all arranged before my plane even landed back in the US. Thank you!"

  • Pinch me...Is this place real?!

"I am known for my critical eye and the fact that I'm typically not easy to please, but nothing about this place will disappoint! I am here to tell you that Casa Blanca II is a dream come true. This amazing home and impeccable setting provided one of the most memorable vacations I have ever had. The islanders will tell you to try the popular drink called 'Painkiller', so be sure to stop at the Gourmet Gallery in Havensight marina and pick up the ingredients so you can whip one up when you arrive at this dream house and offer a toast to the best choice house in paradise!!"

  • Seascape

"This was a very fun little cottage. The pictures don't do it justice. The beach is very private and is pretty good size. That is a huge plus. It is a nice cottage with adequate space and good size bedrooms. The decks are wonderful. It was nice to watch the cruise ships both during the day and during the night when they are all lit up. We used the cottage as a home base and visited many of the popular beaches on St. Thomas and St. John. It is also close to the shopping. But Lime Tree Beach is a great beach to hang out at all day. The only thing I wish I knew about earlier was the roosters which start crowing around 6. This was not an issue for me as I enjoy getting up early. However it would be an adjustment for people that like to sleep in. My teenagers adapted pretty well. We just went to bed a little earlier. Overall Seascape was a super find and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."
