"We had a great vacation staying at the condo. The condo was Very clean, and had furniture that seemed to be brand new. Having morning coffee and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning and late night cocktails every evening was Fantastic. The whole transaction was seamless, perfect directions and excellent recommendations. We will be going back to St Thomas and I am hopeful that this unit will be available. I would definitely recommend the property, but especially this unit, to anyone going to St Thomas."Guest: Tom A. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 17, 2014View listing
"My husband and I loved the room we stayed in. It was modern and clean and perfect for a quiet vacation. There are about 20 steps to get down to the room but they are well lighted and steady. There was a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker which I used for tea. The patio was where we spent most of our time because the view is so beautiful. We brought bug spray to use on the patio and only used it once. The location is great. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to stroll to the Marriott and about 12 minutes to return because you are going up hill. We stayed 8 days and I walked to the Marriott at least once a day. You can use the gym there for $50.00 week. We had a car which is really nice. The owners are wonderful kind people. They want you to have everything you need. We felt very safe there. We hope to return!"Guest: Ga. Peach Date of Stay: March 2012 Review Submitted: March 26, 2012View listing

The Advantages of Staying at South Side St. Thomas Vacation Rentals
St. Thomas is a beautiful island in the Caribbean which is particularly popular as a cruise ship port destination. The capital of St. Thomas and also the U.S. Virgin Islands is Charlotte Amalie; it is well known for its unrivalled shopping, particularly for jewelry and precious stones.
St. Thomas has some of the most beautiful white sand beaches around its shores and the calm clear waters at Magens Bay are considered some of the best in the world for scuba diving.
Renting a vacation home at South Side St. Thomas often appeals to those who are enjoying a family vacation. With a relaxed lifestyle, it can be easier for those with children to stay independently rather than in a hotel. Vacation rentals have as many bedrooms and bathrooms as you require, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their own private space.
Vacation homes often have their own private swimming pool, sun terrace and gardens which are ideal for sitting out and enjoying breakfast before heading for the beach. An afternoon siesta for little ones is a great idea and much easier in a vacation rental home than in a resort.
Those looking for a romantic vacation or quiet honeymoon will also enjoy the privacy that a private villa affords. Comfortable, well located and fully equipped, vacation rentals are often the best way to enjoy your stay on St Thomas.

Places to Visit Around St Thomas
A day in the busy capital city, Charlotte Amalie, is a must during your vacation. The red-roofed, whitewashed houses make a charming sight. As well as excellent shopping, the town has many historic sights. Fort Christian is an interesting 17th-century building which was constructed by the Danes. Indeed much of the island’s cultural past is reflected in its architecture with Spanish patios, Dutch-style doors, Danish red-tile roofs and French wrought iron grills.
