"This was a very fun little cottage. The pictures don't do it justice. The beach is very private and is pretty good size. That is a huge plus. It is a nice cottage with adequate space and good size bedrooms. The decks are wonderful. It was nice to watch the cruise ships both during the day and during the night when they are all lit up. We used the cottage as a home base and visited many of the popular beaches on St. Thomas and St. John. It is also close to the shopping. But Lime Tree Beach is a great beach to hang out at all day. The only thing I wish I knew about earlier was the roosters which start crowing around 6. This was not an issue for me as I enjoy getting up early. However it would be an adjustment for people that like to sleep in. My teenagers adapted pretty well. We just went to bed a little earlier. Overall Seascape was a super find and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."Guest: Vermont visitor Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 12, 2014View listing
"A great place to spend a week or few days! Everything was as we expected it to be and the position is perfect. Loved having 3 restaurants within walking distance and especially liked the Lobster Grill at the far end of the beach at Bolongo Bay Resort. Enjoyed the half day sail to Turtle Cove on the catamaran too. Definitely recommend hiring a car as there are lots of other bays and beaches to explore. We went to Avis downtown and had no problem."Guest: Barb Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 3, 2014View listing
"This was our second time to St. Thomas & to stay @Ed & Nikki's condo. We went last year for our 25th anniversary and again this year. Both times we were very pleased - we can't say enough! Nikki's welcome letter is very helpful! The condo is exceptionally clean & stocked with everything you need. The views from the deck are breathtaking, especially to see the sunrise & sunset. The pool is just a short walk, as is the beach. Nothing is like going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night! This is truly "Paradise Found"!! Thank you Ed & Nikki for sharing it with us! We hope to be back again next year!"Guest: Buckeyes Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 23, 2014View listing
"The home was great, wrap around deck overlooking the Caribbean was fantastic. We were even able to see St. Croix and Vieques on a few of the days from the deck. You get privacy and convenience to Charlotte Amalie and Redhook. Karen was easy to work with and Joma was very helpful when needed. The home was everything we needed. We would recommend this home! I would recommend renting a car, we were happy we had one."Guest: Chris H. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 25, 2014View listing

A day in the busy capital city, Charlotte Amalie, is a must during your vacation. The red-roofed, whitewashed houses make a charming sight.
