  • Great Beachfront Condo

"I loved this condo right on the beach in St. Thomas. Great pool and ammenities available right outside your door. The snorkeling was fantastic around the waters right in front of the condo. Its great for a couple, even for a long stay. We had a great time while we were there. Everything we needed was in the condo. I would definitely stay there again. We had access to a taxi right away when needed as we didn't rent a car."

  • Great Value, Excellent Location, and Super Owners

"This was a great stay for my family of four. We were in St Thomas for almost a month and enjoyed every moment of our stay. As you will find out there are many options to choose from. If you want to stay in a "fully remodeled" unit, be prepared to spend a lot more money. This unit however was very accommodating. We loved the view in front of the marina overlooking the water to St John. I also worked (telecommuted) from the unit much of the time. Internet on the island can sometimes be inconsistent, but it is what it is. If you absolutely need reliable internet I suggest purchasing an AT&T mobile hotspot, that's what I did. I personally think you can't beat this location. You are steps away from the beach and pool, and extremely close to Red Hook. The condo owners are also great to work with, very accommodating and very available if needed. I'm sure we will be staying again."

  • WOW -- What a view!

"I have been traveling to the USVI for many years now -- but it has been our first time back with our kids (ages 10 and 13). We really wanted to stay on the East End, close to the ferry and to Red Hook so we can enjoy the many beaches and restaurants the east end has too offer. But we still wanted to cook / eat breakfast when we wanted to. (Breakfast options are not plentiful.) Unfortunately, many resorts have been run down in the area. But not Cowpet! The villa was excellent. Updated, clean, and everything we could want. The location of the villa within the complex was probably one of the best -- overlooking the end of the beach -- but far enough away that it is totally private. We loved falling to sleep to the waves. The beach was truly a gem. Not crowded at all (unlike the Ritz next door), with no sea grass (unlike a few other resort beaches). Two top notch restaurants on site, and a place to rent water toys. The entire complex was well maintained, as the complex was gated and secure. Oh, the pool was great too! Nice and big, and tropical. Loved the little pool bar where we could watch a few football games while we enjoyed the beach/pool. My son snorkeled the bay almost everyday (even though it lacks a reef that would attract many fish). No worries though, plenty of great snorkeling at Coki and Sapphire -- all within a 10 minutes drive. I really hate writing such a good review -- as we want the place all to ourselves. But Bill was a great host, and we won't be back for a few years. He deserves a great review."

  • Beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed longer.

"This house was just what our group needed, coming off of a 2 week charter. Beautiful views, clean, and very well kept. Nice private setting. The only negative were the Taxi fares, to get to/from this location to airport and Charlotte Amalie, grocery, etc. Totally unreasonable. I highly recommend renting a car if you stay at this property and want to get out occasionally to explore the island. Otherwise you're stuck with dealing with the St. Thomas Taxi monopoly and their outrageous fares. Definitely not worth It if you want your stay to be stress fee."
