  • Fantastic Villa!!! :)

"Let me start by saying that we Love Love Loved the Villa!!! It is Fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice and it is just wonderful. We got to stay for 17 days. The rooms are huge and everything is so nicely done. The beds are very comfortable and you will have everything you need for cooking. Veronica the house keeper is Awesome and very friendly and helpful. Close to everything and walking distance to the beach. The snorkeling gear was great and we got to see tons of cool fish, sea turtles, and manta rays. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful villa with everyone. Highly recommend staying here. We didn't even want to leave and we are already planning our return trip and will defiantly be staying here again."

  • Great view, relaxing spot

"The home was great, wrap around deck overlooking the Caribbean was fantastic. We were even able to see St. Croix and Vieques on a few of the days from the deck. You get privacy and convenience to Charlotte Amalie and Redhook. Karen was easy to work with and Joma was very helpful when needed. The home was everything we needed. We would recommend this home! I would recommend renting a car, we were happy we had one."

  • Perfect vacation rental!

"My wife and I stayed at Eamon's vacation rental in Sapphire Village for one week in mid August, 2014. Sapphire Village is a resort, located just minutes from Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. The location is absolutely superb whether you want to relax at the resort which features two pools, a bar/grill pub style restaurant, a marina, and a beach, all within minutes walking distance. If you don't want to stay on the resort, I recommend you rent a vehicle; you can get anywhere on the island within an hour drive, allowing you to visit all the beautiful beaches. One thing to note is that the resort is built on a giant hill, so if you go to the beach, be prepared to hike back up that hill! The rental itself was perfect for the two of us. Unlike some properties listed on VRBO, Eamon's place is *exactly* as pictured. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had no bugs. The unit includes a full (small) kitchen, so cooking meals is very easy to do, and much cheaper than eating out several times a day. However, the grocery stores (Cost-U-Less, Walgreens, K-Mart, and Food Center) are all about 15 minutes away, so you'll have to plan accordingly. The rental is also well stocked with items for activities, including a small library of books (including a *very* useful Frommer's guide to the Virgin Islands), and snorkel gear. We had brought our own masks and snorkels, but being able to borrow fins for free was a very generous and unexpected perk! While visiting, we were able to visit Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Sapphire Beach, Coki Beach, Lindquist Bay, Turtle Cove (Buck Island) and Bolongo Bay. Of those, our favorite local snorkel destination was Coki Beach, the water was beautiful and the reefs were plentiful; however, Lindquist, Sapphire, Hull, and Turtle Cove were very close runners up. Many beaches offer water sport rentals (snorkel sets, kayaks, stand-up-paddle board, etc.), but Bolongo Bay was the only location that rented small sailboats (Hobie Catamarans). I rated this rental with 5 stars because it truly met or exceeded all our expectations, and Eamon (and Alice, the property manager) were both very helpful. We would recommend this rental to anyone considering visiting the island."

USVI/St. Thomas Travel Tips

St. Thomas Resorts Offer Beautiful Views and Plenty of Sights

St. Thomas is a beautiful island found in the midst of the Caribbean ocean, where many mainland residents have chosen to relocate and begin their new lives in this area. St. Thomas resorts allow visitors to marry on the beach, nap next to the beautiful turquoise ocean, and even explore the local rainforests and town shops.

Relax at St. Thomas Resorts

If you have never stayed in St. Thomas rentals before, you’ll immediately be astounded by the sugar-white sands and clear, turquoise waters characteristic of the island’s beaches. Feel free to nap outside Caribbean resorts and simply lounge at your leisure when not planning a day full of adventurous activities.

St. Thomas Rentals Are Ideal for Destination Weddings

St. Thomas resorts are quite popular for anyone wanting to get married on the beach, as ideal photo opportunities and great weather are common on the island. Couples may choose to reserve several St. Thomas rentals for attendants, guests and family members who will share in the celebration. Caribbean resorts are also great locations for renewing your vows or simply staying during your entire honeymoon too.

See the Sights near Caribbean Resorts

There are plenty of historical buildings and landmarks near St. Thomas resorts to occupy your time here. With a short hike or drive, you’ll be able to experience Bluebeard’s Castle and Blackbeard’s Castle firsthand.

Visitors staying in St. Thomas rentals know that the area is famous for amazing tropical gardens and parks too. The St. Peter Greathouse Estate boasts contemporary design and several samples of local artwork. The surrounding acreage allows you to view approximately 20 additional islands, and over 500 different plants may be seen in the accompanying botanical gardens too. Choose your accommodations at Caribbean resorts and plan to visit one of these unforgettable attractions during your stay.
