"We recently stayed in Stacey's condo for 2 weeks in July 2015. We were a family of 5 with 3 adults, an 8 yo and a 1 yo. All, with the exception of myself and the 1 yo, had stayed in the condo before, about 4 years ago.
The condo offers a nice size patio with a couch and chair, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (all with nice A/C, however we had a difficult time adjusting or turning it off - user error) Also, all rooms including the patio had ceiling fans which were well used and very effective. We didn't want for anything in the way of the condo. We truly enjoyed everything about it and would definitely stay there again. With our 2 week stay, housekeeping came mid-stay and cleaned, which we were not expecting, a nice surprise.
The grounds are well kept with gardens, a nice pool and when we got there a Ranchero (palapa covered sitting area with several tables and chairs to meet and get out of the sun or rain). Mid-stay they tore the Ranchero completely down with plans of building a new one. We are anxious to see the new one and missed it when it was gone. Attached to the Ranchero is a laundry building with two coin operated washing machines and two dryers. They ask you to pay $1000 colones per cycle (roughly $2 US) and you supply your own detergent. It was a wonderful plus for us to have access to this with two kids, not to mention we are light travelers and need to wash our clothes since we wear them several times throughout our holiday.
The complex is in a perfect location. Between the complex and the beach is a pasture filled with horses and cows. We enjoyed seeing them all the time. The horses take walks around town, down the street and on play on the beach, it is really pretty cool. Just around the corner is a large tienda which offers pretty much anything you might need as well as a bakery with fabulous goods including sandwiches made to order.
Town was a short walk, maybe 4 blocks? And the town is awesome with plenty of shopping and restaurants. We ALWAYS felt safe and for the 1st time ever traveling in Costa Rica we didn't see or hear about any petty theft in that area. The locals are very friendly.
I have spent a total of 10 weeks traveling in CR throughout a span of 12 years and have never seen as many howler monkey's in one place as I did just across the street from the condo complex. We heard them day and night and were able to get within 10 feet of them on several occasions. What Fun!"

"We spent a week in this home as part of a family vacation. The home was easily large enough to accommodate our family of seven (two adults, five children). The backyard was a fantastic place to kick around a soccer ball, to lay in a hammock and read a book, or to just enjoy a private view of the ocean. The beach was literally just outside the back gate with Playa Flamingo to the left and Playa Potrero to the right. The surf was mild enough to not worry about the kid's safety, but big enough for boogie boards and even some attempts at learning to surf one day. Playa Conchal is a short (~10 minute) drive away and offers crystal clear water with great snorkeling opportunities.
The hidden benefit to this property comes from the two Dominican caretakers of the home. Perla takes care of the inside of the home and even does your laundry while you are out having adventures. If you make arrangements with her, she is happy to cook meals for you for MUCH less than you will spend eating in restaurants! When Perla learned that our anniversary would occur while we were there, she prepared a surprise for us by scattering rose petals on our bed, lighting some candles, and having soft, romantic music playing in our bedroom when we returned from a day at the beach...
Cody, her cousin, takes care of the yard and outside of the home, and he also acts as an activities director/guide if you are interested. He took us fishing from the local marina and snorkeling at several locations. He spent time teaching my kids to surf, and playing basketball with them in front of the house. Perla's five year old daughter was shy when we arrived, but we invited her to come play with our younger children about the same age, and by the end of the week, she was calling me Tio (uncle). We left feeling a strong friendship and gratitude."

Beautiful Home, Great Location, Amazing Views. We're ready to come back!
"It's my final morning here. We are about to pack up and leave, and I already miss the house. The house is beautifully located on a hillside above the beach. It's about 1/4 mile walk to the beach, but you can still hear every wave crashing and see the water from every front window. Ana Marie deserves a raise, as she was here every single day cleaning, doing our laundry, and making the place look and smell cleaner then before. Ernesto washed our rental car for us and was diligently working in the yard all day everyday. Raking, watering plants, sweeping, and keeping the property and pool in tip top shape! The huge front porch, and gazebo were great for eating out, bird watching, or just relaxing and listening to the ocean and monkeys down below. The Rouku was great when it wasn't trying to load. Mic had it set up for our local television. We were watching a tornado and storms hit an area close to home as we were sitting in CR enjoying our beautiful weather. The dogs were the best part about this house. There are 4 dogs living on the property, although we only got to meet Rusty once (he was tied up at Ernesto's house the entire time we were at the home except for one morning when he must have broke away), he was my favorite. We spoiled Kanga, Jack and Sky with dog treats we bought at the store, attention, a walk to the beach, and letting them sleep in the air conditioned bedrooms most of the time we were there. Every time we come to Costa Rica we like to stay in a different area, but those dogs make us want to come to Villa Bueno Vista next time we come back. I have a feeling they are going to miss how much we spoiled them. The house is in close proximity to very nice grocery stores, 2 banks, lots of restaurants (Sol Y Mar being the best and cheapest), and lots of beaches. There isn't really anything bad I can say about our 8 nights we stayed here."

"These pictures accurately reflect the property. The pool is nice, the house is very nice. There were 8 of us, 2 families and it was comfortable. It's within walking distance to Tamarindo. We did have an issue with the stove but Management fixed it right away. We had a great time and I would book this house again if we ever get back to Costa Rica. Pura Vida."
