"The Adventure Starts Here. This place keeps getting better. We are currently booking for the 3rd time. Everything you want in a vacation house complete with private pool with jacuzzi jets on the ocean. Last time it had a new cabana by the pool. Now they have renovated and added a new bathroom with separate quarters. Vaulted ceiling in living area with an outdoor deck with spectacular sunsets. The staff is like part of our family. Jorge the on site mgr. sent me a e-mail the day before our arrival with complete weather and road report. He told me not to get 4 wheel drive. Saved me $25 a day. Booked a fabulous sunset sailing cruise that saved us $20 per person. Gave us his personal beach inflatables when the house ones needed repair. Truly, an awesome house and experience."

"Our family of 7 (six adults and our 16 month old grandson) spent a glorious week in this beautiful ocean front home at Playa Potrero! Prior to our trip we traded e-mails with the owner who gave us a lot of valuable information. Rita of Tropical Homes of Costa Rica (property manager) greeted us at her office when we arrived from the airport and escorted us to the home. A notebook in the home had great information about grocery stores, restaurants and activities. This 4 bedroom home (3 kings and 2 twin beds with 3 1/2 baths) was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked many meals there. Towels, including beach towels, were provided which was very helpful. The patio and pool area was our favorite place to relax and especially to watch the beautiful Pacific sunsets. We had fabulous food; a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We spent a day paddle boarding at Las Catalinas beach and had a fabulous lunch there as well. The guys chartered a boat for a day of fishing, catching bait as they trolled out of the bay. Some of the group surfed at Tamarindo and we saw a surfing competition at Tamarindo as well. Tropical Homes of Costa Rica created a custom hike close to one of the volcanos, including a mud bath and a delightful swim under a waterfall. We also rode the Monkey Trail (road not as bad as we had heard) and indeed saw monkeys. Our last meal was at the Sugar Beach Hotel where we experienced the most beautiful sunset we had ever seen and the food was absolutely delicious! What a pleasant surprise to meet Angie and Mino. Angie worked very hard to keep our home clean and tidy! Mino was a wonderful gardener, pool caretaker and security guard for us. We were quite pleased with their services!!! We highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Costa Rica!"

"The six of us ladies just got back from a week at the most beautiful beach. Our villa had a view that can never be outdone. We spent hours just sitting in the pool and on the large deck staring out at the Pacific Ocean. The location of the villa is second to none on that entire beach. And of course, thanks to house manager (Oli), we were able to do many truly memorable activities. Oli was able to set us up with great events and people, maximizing the entire Costa Rican experience. We all could not have been happier with the location, the view and the staff!!! Great time had by all."

"My best friend and I went to Costa Rica to recuperate from our hectic lives AND participate in the Spanish School at CPI. We felt so fortunate to have booked our stay at The Palms with Keith. This property appeared to me to be the BEST and most luxurious accommodations around by far in Playa Flamingo. The Villa was beautiful and extremely comfortable: especially the beds and the AC were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal so we made breakfast there every day. The Palms serves food until 5p so we chose to eat a yummy lunch there while relaxing on the chaise lounges by the ocean. The Chef Justin (who is a sweetheart and a great bartender too) also has a restaurant in Playa Flamingo called Angelina's which has excellent food. Keith has 3 mountain bikes he made available for our use which was perfect since we did not rent a car. We rode them to school every morning. The office staff were extremely helpful and would help us in any possible way. But Keith (the Villa owner) seemed to truly care that we had the best experience and did his best to take care of us. I can't wait to return!"
