Beautiful views and solid location
"Walking into the villas beautiful home never got old. You are right in the middle of beautiful trees and nature and can easily walk down the 80 or so steps to get to a nearly private beach. The water of the beach is very warm and clean as is the infinity pool in the backyard. Looking forward to stay again."

"We spent 9 glorious days in Costa Rica at El Destino...and what a destination it was! When we saw the condo from a distance as we were driving by our daughter said "Wow...look at that house!" Imagine her delight when I told her that was our home for the next week! We had 2 families totaling 9 houseguests and had more than enough room! Needless to say, the house was well prepared with directions to local attractions, eateries and shopping as well as fully stocked with anything you would need! We enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking in our front yard, swimming in our private pool, walking to restaurants and eating dinners on the porch as the sun set! I would highly recommend this Penthouse to anyone looking for a beautiful, tranquil, clean and safe place to stay while you explore Costa Rica!"

"My husband and I plus our two teenage granddaughters spent the week of June 21, 2015 in this lovely unit. The first thing you see when you walk in is the view straight out the sliding glass doors. It overlooks the Flamingo Marina and beaches across the bay. The balcony is the width of the condo with table and chairs, 4 Costa Rica Rocking Chairs, BBQ grill and Kyak.
We could not get enough beautiful photos, especially at sunset! The two pools overlook Flamingo Beach . A full kitchen with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms are separated by the living room, one on each side. Each bedroom has it own bath which was very helpful with teenage girls. They had a bedroom with two queen beds that opened to the balcony and we had the master bedroom with a king bed that also opened to the balcony. There was a good supply of linens, beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs, etc.
The top 4th floor offered beach ocean views. This condo also offered free membership to the Flamingo Resort which sits right on Flamingo Beach. You can walk to it in 5-10 minutes or drive in 2 minutes. They have a swim up pool bar, a small casino, a rec room, spa, exercise room, restaurant and steps to the ocean. Waiters were quick to wait on you and the pool bar was fun. The sand on Flamingo Beach is white and you can have a beach massage from the locals for $40.00 an hour. She actually took 1-1/2 hours with me. The rental price for this condo is a very good value. Probably the one hotel room at the Flamingo Beach is somewhere close to the price of the condo and you get so much more. TV's in all rooms, individual AC in each room, WiFi, Elevator, laundry room and exercise equipment on the bottom floor. The condos offer plenty of parking and security guard. It was very easy check in and check out. The owner's manager, Amaya, was super and very easy to reach with any questions or tours."

"Our family of four had a great stay at this property. Loved the proximity to beautiful Playa Flamingo, and ability to walk to restaurants and bars. Spectacular view of the beach from two patios, and easy access to pool and rancho (bbq area) - great for younger kids. Note that Flamingo is a hilly place - so beach is down a set of steep steps. We always walked it, but if anyone has difficulty, can easily drive them down in one minute (seriously) and there seemed to be plenty of parking. Felt secure with gated access and friendly guards. Short drive to other great beaches (Conchal, Penca, more), as well as farm stands, fish vendors, and markets. Really well stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and owner provided plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and even beach toys. Although couch and bed spreads make it a little dated, would definitely recommend this to others."
