"The Adventure Starts Here. This place keeps getting better. We are currently booking for the 3rd time. Everything you want in a vacation house complete with private pool with jacuzzi jets on the ocean. Last time it had a new cabana by the pool. Now they have renovated and added a new bathroom with separate quarters. Vaulted ceiling in living area with an outdoor deck with spectacular sunsets. The staff is like part of our family. Jorge the on site mgr. sent me a e-mail the day before our arrival with complete weather and road report. He told me not to get 4 wheel drive. Saved me $25 a day. Booked a fabulous sunset sailing cruise that saved us $20 per person. Gave us his personal beach inflatables when the house ones needed repair. Truly, an awesome house and experience."

perfect 2br/2bath condo right on beach. only 8 units sharing pool and tiki bar for outdoor cooking!
"our family of 4 loved the Endless Beach condo! everything in the listing is accurate. we loved walking out to our covered patio, then a couple steps to the pool, and a couple more to the beach! Potrero Beach is pretty quiet - no hustle-bustle there, but an easy drive to Tamarindo (30 min) or to Flamingo Beach (5 min). there are 4-5 restaurants in easy walking distance, (don't miss Christina's) and a fruit/vegetable stand literally in the back yard. Fresh fruit every day!
we did not have a car, but used a guide recommended by the owner, who is very, very helpful. there's a washer/dryer available, so you can pack light! we went on a river cruise (white monkeys came on our boat!), went on awesome horseback ride in Brasilita (we got to run on the beach!), canopy tours.. everything.. then we could come home to our fully equipped condo. it had everything we needed. if you're looking for a quiet place to getaway, but still close enough to see all the sights in Costa Rica, I would highly recommend this place.
We hope to return some day. Enjoy!"

"This condo is first rate in all aspects. The furniture, the appliances, the AC, the beds…. Very, very comfortable.
The two King Suites each have an view and private, large balcony- the views and sunsets are amazing. The third bedroom looks out on the ‘other side’ of the bay and the view there is really nice itself.
Internet access was easy, reliable and fast. There are two flat panel TVs and, using the menu to switch to SAP mode made quite a few channels work in English (and impressed my 11 year old daughter immensely – one for dad!).
There is a guard to monitor the comings and goings. The condo is located on the top floor. There is an elevator and you can hear the ocean from both floors.
Now:…. The trek to and from the beach, while short in distance – maybe 2 blocks - is quite steep. Doable but you are going to feel it. It wasn’t a detriment for us and you can easily drive the very short distance if need be.
Around and About
The beach itself is very nice, not too crowded and certainly not overcrowded. A pleasant surprise.
The Condo is in a very nice neighborhood. Very comfortable and safe with a nice little shopping center nearby.
There are lots of fun little daytrip events right there. Surf lessons, snorkeling, zip lining, hiking, restaurants, shopping…... fun, easy.
Across the way is the Monkey Bar. If you go there and ‘buy a drink’ you can use their pool. They actually have three pools and the main one has a wet-bar, nice tanning lounge chairs and a super view of the ‘other side’ of the bay.
There is a restaurant called Coco Loco just down the beach… as short drive or a long walk. Great food, arrive an hour before sunset to get a table on the beach. That sunset you get won’t disappoint.
Special Places (Kenny/Phem) were great to work with. Clear and fast communication. Understandable paperwork. Good/relevant information about local events. Their office is about a block away from the Oceanica 807 so that was convenient as well. We arrived on Sunday night about 715pm… they were there and ready to go. Super easy.
We highly recommend this area of Costa Rica (not that we are big CR experts). We are so happy that we have already recommended this area and this unit to our friends and, I know it’s cliché’, but we are already planning a trip back for 2017 and will look to stay here again."

"Casa Miramar was a perfect place for our 2015 spring break! Our daughters had a blast! The house was spacious and very accomodating. We soaked up a lot of sun relaxing by the pool on the terrace while enjoying the magnificent view! It is an easy walk to the beach (Playa Flamingo) and good restaurants. Marta was a big help in the kitchen (her guacamole was awesome) and kept the place clean as did Donald with the pool and hot tub. Jonas with Adventours set us up on memorable adventures, ziplining through the jungle, riverboat/wildlife tours, and our favorite, the sunset cruise on a catamaran! Casa Miramar is a wonderful place for an unforgettable vacation!"
