"We love Casa de Vre and recently stayed for our third time. Needless to say we have already booked our 4th stay for next year. The house is fantastic and literally right next to the beach. The pool is a great escape from the ocean and the house if very good. The staff is also very accommodating and helpful with cooking and laundry (if needed). We love Playa Grande and use the house as a base to also go visit other areas for day trips. I highly recommend staying here."

"Wow! My family and I just spent a week in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property's concierge. She is simply wonderful and helped make our vacation incredibly memorable. She arranged amazing dinners, booked great daily events (including a full-day boating trip that is not to be missed), ensured that our refrigerator stayed stocked, and did all the little things that made this such a memorable vacation. The housekeepers not only kept the house spotless, but also made us amazing breakfasts. You also get use of the beach club, where the staff made us feel like we were the most important guests they have ever had.
When you first walk into the house and see out into the backyard with its azure infinity pool and the breathtaking views, all the stresses of the "real-world" will melt away. Even the most stressed individuals (I am one) will be able to relax.
I have stayed in the finest resorts throughout the world, and none compare to this house. Bottom-line, I highly recommend renting this magnificent home."

"Simply beautiful!! Obviously this applies to much in Costa Rica but this condo is just that - simply beautiful. The view is breathtaking !!! The restaurant within the complex (about a 30 second walk from the condo) proved to be excellent and we probably ate almost half of our meals there. The beaches and the area are simply beautiful!! We have stayed here our last 3 trips to CR, so that attests to how much we like it. Undoubtedly the most beautiful beaches and views I've ever seen. This past trip we visited a wider variety of beaches - Pirates, Grande, and Tamarindo. They are great but it's hard to beat Conchal. Extremely private and peaceful - you can be around people only when you want to be around people - like you have the beach all to yourself! We were very impressed with the level of security - within the complex, on the beaches, and in the local towns (Brasilito and Conchal). While security officers were never intrusive and definitely in the background, it added to our peace and contentment to know they were always close. If you want nightlife, parties, people, traffic, and commercialization, this is probably not your place. If you want natural beauty, the most beautiful uncrowded beaches in the world, nature, extremely private and peaceful settings, a condo view and constant other views that could be on postcards, privacy, serenity, and the best "bang for your buck" I've ever found, then this is as good as it gets. We already plan to return next year!"

"I had such a great time, I truly didn't wanted to come back. Of all the South/Central American countries I have visited Costa Rica is my favorite. The ocean is magnificent and the people so friendly. Surfing was a blast, every day great waves. We started using the two boards you left in the cottage to test the waters and then rented boards from "Agua Tibia" for a few days. Weather was great, only one day rained and we took it easy and waited for the rain to pass then back to the water. Love the location of your cottage and it has all what we needed to be comfy. Secluded yet within walking distance from everything. I made friends with the neighbors, the coconut lady, surf shop guys and the two guys who sell coffee cups at the beach. We went to the local supermarket (playa pelada) and bought our groceries there. People at the super were friendly and happy to see us and help us. I think we saved money by cooking at the cottage as the local restaurants are really expensive. I went to a coffee tour up in the mountains (Hojancha), totally worth the drive and got up at 5am every morning to watch the 12 or so monkeys travel to the tree behind your cottage. Check out went on without any issues, Virginie was helpful and friendly. I tried to avoid organico as his prices were stupid high ($6 for a quarter gallon of milk) and there are another 4 little markets like him around the area and charge a fraction of the price.
I will be back for sure."
