  • The real Pura Vida Experience!

"I stayed 7 nights at this beautifully furnished 2 master-suite condo. Waking up to the ocean views was fantastic equalled by the gorgeous sunsets. The development of CoCo Bay Estates has plenty to offer with the large tropical pool, tennis courts, fitness center and a beach club with its own disappearing pool set right not he beach. Being an avid outdoors person, I always rent a 4-wheel drive when I visit Costa Rica so I can fully explore this great ecologically-minded country, whether visiting Arenal volcano, zip-lining, searching out remote beaches or simply visiting the little fishing village of Playa del Coco. And being just 25 minutes from the Liberia airport, access is easy and convenient."

  • Pura Vida

"We had a wonderful stay here for a week at the beginning and end of our stay in Costa Rica. The sunsets were great every night and there is nothing more peaceful than to sit outside, overlooking the ocean and beach on the north, and listen to the birds and the odd chorus from the howler monkeys. We had no vehicle and didn't need it, but that did require walking up the short, but relatively steep, dusty road from town, often in the heat of the day. But the AC was a welcome relief at the end of the walk. We were without internet for the first few days, but other than that, no complaints. The only drawback for me were all the people hawking the same things on the beach. Too much like Mexico. You get tired of saying no every 10 minutes. We had a great time on the sunset sail and recommend that for a nice afternoon, but do not expect too much from the snorkeling."

  • Great Location and Clean Conditions

"Just returned for a second time at this condo. It's been about 7 years and what a difference. The grounds and pool area have grown in to provide a lush tropical setting once you leave the door. The condo has loads of upgrades with an up to date kitchen and washer & drier. Each room has a private balcony with a bathroom. The location and style allows you to feel the Costa Rican culture, it's located on a quiet dirt road away from the more heavily traveled tourist areas. The location is 5mins walk to the beach and town. Tamarindo remains a down to earth Costa Rican town, but we did find a few new restaurants that were adding a touch of global panache to the local scene. We hit local spots for awesome fried red snapper served Tico style with head & tail, and found a new Argentine location serving home made noodles. This is a great location for anyone that wants the beach town lifestyle of Costa Rica, highly suggest renting this modern up to date condo in a super spot."

"Was a great place to stay! Centurally located with a store across the street. One block from the beach and a great surf spot. Cant wait to go back."
