"We have been so lucky to spend the past year at Heartwaves while our children attended school in Nosara. We have two kids (7 and 10) and have had plenty of visitors over the past 12 months and the house was great in every instance. It's a short walk to the beach (7 minutes) and also a short walk through the jungle path to get to the main street of Guiones. The beach is so close that we have been down there almost every day of this past year, either for early morning runs, surfing or the amazing sunsets.
We have spent many, many days relaxing on the bali bed or on the chairs by the pool and admiring the howler monkeys and iguanas that come by to visit, we also eat dinner out there every night. Our boys have spent countless hours swimming and looking out over the infinity edge pool for jungle creatures. Jane (the owner) and the property management has always been so great to work with and responsive to anything we have needed. Jane is also a fantastic resource for local activities and knowledge. The kitchen is equipped for anything you might want to make and its really nice to have two bathrooms plus a separate shower.
We did tons of research before selecting a neighborhood and we are so glad we chose section K. Its a little more quiet and residential with lots of families but its still close and easy access to everything.
Nosara is a very special place and was made so much more so because of staying at Heartwaves. We will miss it so much. Thank you Jane for everything!"

"Our stay was truly one-of-a-kind! The views from the Diria were incredible. The units provided everything we could have needed. The staff took great care of us. We are forever grateful for the great cleaning service they provided - clean fresh towels, neatly-made beds, and clean dishes. The really took care of us, to ensure we had a great stay. One of our friends organized a trip for using Blue Water and our trip was seamless. Tony took great care of us and made this one of the most memorable trips ever! We will definitely be coming back and asking for Tony again. He was so attentive and provided a great experience for us in Tamarindo. He went above and beyond his work and we are truly grateful for his hospitality. With such a big group i was worried about how our activities would play out, but he was able to accomodated all of our needs. I highly recommend staying at the Diria, the views alone are remarkable, and using Blue Water (ask for Tony)!"

"Una casa muy linda, la encontramos super limpia, todo muy ordenado y equipada con todo! Las áreas sociales del condominio son espectaculares, la piscina una belleza. Tuvimos una situación con unos tubos e inmediatamente llegaron a arreglarlo, y era 1 de enero! Georgina nos dio un excelente servicio, informándonos de todo, sugerencias de restaurantes. Pasamos un excelente año nuevo en esta casa."

"We originally booked the Casa de Memphis I, but Dave upgraded us to his other property. Dave happened to be in town, and both his staff and he were quite helpful. The house was lovely and clean. The salt water pool overlooks a lovely garden. At one point when we were sitting on the covered deck by the pool as a thunderstorm passed by, about twenty howler monkeys put on a show for us for about an hour. The walk to the beach is short, and there were very few people there. We went horseback riding and could walk to that too. The drive here is not for the faint of heart, but once you get here, you're in paradise."
