  • Unforgettable Experience!

"Costa Rica is a beautiful place with incredible people! This was our first visit, but will definitely not be our last. Milagro Management was superb, helping to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of, even when our return flight was four hours late. They were very accommodating. The Pacifico property was beautiful and close to the downtown area. Everything was in walking distance and we really enjoyed the convenience. Also, the condo was well-appointed, clean and quite impressive. We loved every minute of our stay! We only wished we could have stayed longer and have already mentioned it to our friends and family!"

  • Beautiful views in Playa del Coco

"Stayed here for three days, and I have to say- it met every expectation and more. The community always felt safe (although we didn't see many people-understood since it is the rainy season), and the views from the house were exquisite. We really enjoyed waking up and having breakfast and coffee on the back porch overlooking the pacific ocean. Had a relaxing swim in the pool one morning. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the Beach Club (although we did drive by), but it looked fantastic. One thing to note as we travel light and typically walk every where- you will need some sort of transportation. Most people visiting seemed to have rental cars, but we prefer not to drive- easily solved by renting a golf cart for 3 days in Coco, and we were easily able to get around Coco, travel to Playa Ocotal etc. All in all, an excellent stay, the pool was beautiful and such an asset, we enjoyed the privacy and serenity of our home and have already begun planning our return next year. Since VRBO requests: We ate at: Villa Italia (expensive and hard to find, but worth it- be aware they only speak Italian and Spanish) Father Roosters (a short drive away, had an awesome day there- beach bums bar/café) Le Coq (tiny restaurant on the main stretch, unbelievably good and cheap Mediterranean food) Zi Lounge (not bad, but typical tourist menu/bar food) Coco hotel restaurant (expensive, very limited menu, no local food- not bad if you're looking for a taste of home but avoid if you're looking for local experience) Papagayo seafood (great meal, reasonable prices, highly recommend the bisque) The property was quite clean and in very good shape, owner was very responsive- generally answering our questions by email within the hour (and many times even faster than that)."

  • I would stay here again!

"This condo was really nice. Very comfortable. Enjoyed the large shower and comfortable bed. Very private, as palms shield the balcony. The crew seems to work very hard keeping the place clean. Jennifer is excellent in her job. Citron is a nice place for a quite dinner. Congo has the best breakfast, and sandwiches."

  • Pura Vida~

"The ocean views are stunning and serene, you never get tired of sitting on the patio gazing at the boats on the blue water, or watching a thunderstorm roll in. But if you do lose interest in the view there are plenty of other things to grab your attention, such as the beautiful pool area on the grounds and the fabulous Playa de Hermosa just a short drive away. The Sky Tram Adventures are a must in Arenal, but the drive is long so plan on staying a day or two. Along the way, or after a day of zip-lining, do not miss dinner at The Gingerbread House. Great food, wine, & company! The best part of staying at Coco Bay Estates would have to be Josue & Gabby, in the Sales Office, they provide excellent customer service! We were in their office everyday and it felt like Josue was a part of the family by the time we left. The nice thing about being in Playa del Coco in the rainy season is that there are very few tourists so you rarely have to wait for anything and everyone is very appreciative of your business. However, some things are closed for the off-season, and it does rain everyday, but the storms are spectacular!"
