"Hacienda Punta Indio is a gorgeous place. The home sits on a mountain with great views of the ocean. We loved the infinity pool and spent a lot of time there. The house is comfortable and clean. Jorge is a really nice attentive caretaker. We loved the wildlife: the monkeys (with babies!) in the mango trees, the iguanas and the cute green parrot flock. Playa Carillo was our favorite beach. (a 5 minute drive). It is unspoiled. Try the shaved ice they sell there! We cooked a lot of our meals on the grill. Pali has a good butcher. We also discovered Lizano Salsa...good on burgers, pork and chicken. Even brought some home. My husband and son in law enjoyed the hiking trails on the property as well. I would highly recommend this home and if we ever get back, I would reserve this again."

"The views, the house and the playa are amazing!! This getaway is perfect for all kinds of trips with all kinds of people. The main house is equipped with the best pool ever, this is where we spent most of our time while in the house. Anything you are looking for, restaurants, beaches, activities, can be located about 5 minutes away.
The groundskeepers are a very nice family that live on the property but away from the main home, they keep everything looking great and clean. There is enough room in the main house for 6-7 people, the guest houses fit maybe 4-6 more in total. This would be a great Group vacation spot!!
All in all my experience at this home was nothing short of amazing."

"We just got back from a wonderful stay at this condo. We have a lot of great things to say about it:
- the view is spectacular
- the ocean and nature noises that you can hear from the balcony are wonderful
- the condo is surrounded by trees and greenery that is home to howler monkeys and a lot of other wildlife that is so amazing to watch
- the location is great. It is very close to the beach and town but not so close that you hear the bars (which can be loud) at night
-it is great to have a covered parking stall right in front of the condo
-the pool is great and not crowded
-the kitchen is well stocked
- the air conditioning, fans and curtains do a great job of keeping the place cool
- the town that it is located it, Samara, is fantastic!
We do have one negative thing to say about this condo. The drains really smell bad, especially the smell coming from the shower in the master bathroom. The property manager sent one of the building's handyman in to see if he could help, but he just told us to open the window and then dumped some blue stuff in the drain. The smell was back within a day. My husband, who is a tradesman, says that most likely the plumbing was not done properly allowing a methane/sewage smell into the suite. Other than that our stay at the condo was awesome!"

"This is a gorgeous property. But more important, owner Jackie and her staff know how to make their guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The two houses are immaculate as are the grounds and pool. Two ladies clean daily and one hardly notices when they are there. We had them cook just one fantastic dinner and breakfast but they can do more. We have visited Costa Rica multiple times but this was our first as an entire family- eight of us, including two granddaughters 6 and 9. Villa Oasis was perfect! I'd give more than five stars if it were possible. We lounged around the pool, took morning walks to the beach but for beach days, we drove the five minute drive to Carrillo Beach. The beach is one of the best in Costa Rica. One son in law surfed three days at a great surf beach about twenty minutes drive south. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, including a little family pizza and pasta place just down the road. Easy for the first night's dinner. We aren't fishermen, so didn't go with Rick on the "Kingfisher" but we'd probably book a trip next time just to see the area from the ocean and perhaps get some fresh fish. The pictures are accurate- the villa is perhaps even nicer than the pictures show. We feel this is a first class vacation destination- absolutely fantastic! Thank you Jackie, Jessie and Jenzy for a wonderful week."
