  • Definitely worth a repeat!

"Four of us stayed at this charming villa for three weeks. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The entire area is a very quiet, comfortable location with great walking access to the beach and the Marriott Hotel with it's 5 restaurants! Our days fell into a comfortable routine of early morning walks, leisurely breakfasts on the patio, lazing by the pool and reading all afternoon, and either cooking our own dinners or going to a local restaurant. We varied things occasionally by trips to Lola's for lunch or Villa Deevena for a gourmet French dinner. The Villa was comfortably furnished, just like the pictures, and provided both group spaces and individual retreats. Jennifer, the local manager, was a gem and even got us a flat screen TV so we could use Apple TV to watch movies and TV shows we didn't want to miss. She also responded immediately with a new toaster when the old one broke. We have already signed up for next year -- being from the frozen North, we all look forward to our warm weather break! We've stayed at several other locations on the Pacific Coast, but this was our favorite by far."

  • Incredibly kind and happy staff!

"From the second we pulled in with a flat tire the Ibis staff was amazing. They offered to change it and they practically had the tire done before our bags were out of the car...not to mention they smiled the entire time. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment I first inquired about the property to the minute we pulled out of the lot. I would give the staff a double 5. The property was great and despite it raining at times, they worked very hard to keep the floors dry and mud cleaned up. It was nice to have a full kitchen, refrigerator and washer/dryer available. The relationship with the property across the street, which provided a pool, workout facility, restaurant and bar was wonderful. The location is easily walkable to town and minutes from the beach. Overall, this was a great experience. Our only problem was a septic issue which we were told they were in the process of replacing. The smell in the building and surrounding properties was at times completely unbearable. Certain units seemingly had stronger smells than others. Despite this, I would go back to this property in a second but ensure the issue is fixed."

  • Loved it!

"We just stayed in this glorious place for the 2nd time and we loved it again. Right at Tamarindo Beach and we never needed a car. We were a party of 6 and were very comfortable. We love the pool. We barbecued several times and this wonderful place was affordable. We looked forward to the sunsets on the balcony and terrific views. We never stayed at a better place and the pool is awesome. We’ll be back next year again. Ted S"

  • Costa Rica Getaway

"This was our first time in Tamarindo and our stay in this home was magnificent. The home is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. A beautiful kitchen and outdoor BBQ area plus two very comfortable master bedrooms made our vacation very relaxing. We surfed every morning and enjoyed the awesome pool in the afternoon. A short drive to all shops and restaurants made it very convenient for the whole family. This is definitely our place to stay when we return to Costa Rica."

Tamarindo Travel Tips

An Unforgettable Trip to Tamarindo Beach Rentals

Who does not dream of unforgettable vacations, especially in a tropical paradise? If you are looking for such a trip then vacations in Costa Rica may be your answer. In Costa Rica, you have different provinces to choose from, including the Guanacaste Province in northwestern Costa Rica. In this area, you will find Tamarindo Beach rentals. The sandy beach may be just a few feet from your back door and you'll find surfing opportunities you will never forget. As you sit on the deck of Tamarindo resorts, you can look out at the Pacific Ocean for whales as well.

Tamarindo Resorts Are Easily Accessible

Tamarindo is a larger city in the province due in part to its accessibility. Flights and private charters can reach Tamarindo resorts by way of the International Airport in Liberia. It is 45 minutes from Tamarindo Beach rentals. In the town, you will pass by small stores, restaurants, and souvenir locations which you will want to visit at least once. Vacations in Costa Rica like those in Tamarindo ensure you have all the amenities at your accommodations, as well as in town.

Vacations in Costa Rica at Cape Sailfish

Tamarindo Beach runs along a section of bay formed by Cabo Velas or Cape Sailfish. To the north of Tamarindo resorts is Playa Grande which is inside the bay. Two beaches in this area are separated by a saltwater estuary called Estero Tamarindo; to the south of the bay, you'll find Playa Langosta. Vacations in Costa Rica are not complete without a stop at both beaches, especially because they are preserves for the giant leatherback sea turtle. If you visit between October and March, you will see the turtles come on shore at night to lay eggs.

Tamarindo Beach Rentals near Jungle Boat Tours

During the day, you can take a different sort of trip around the beaches. Jungle boat rides are offered to guests of Tamarindo Beach rentals who want to spend the day on skiffs in the mangrove forests. It is possible to see birds, mammals, and reptiles while on the tour. Canopy tours are also available for visitors who want fantastic views of the forest below.
