  • Complete relaxation

"The location of this rental property is ideal. I would totally recommend it to anyone traveling to Costa Rica. This property’s location and close proximity to the beaches as well as to the center of town are ideal. It offers a nice launching pad for day trips to the beach or other local communities. Any amenity that one could ask for is located just a few minute walk down to the beach or into town. The property itself was surprisingly large consisting of two levels, the property was immaculate, comfortable, nicely decorated, with a full kitchen, and with two and a half baths it’s ideal for multiple travelers. A washer and dryer in the unit was also a nice plus. If the beach were too much for you, you could always use one of the pools located inside the gated community. A small coffee shop and a grocery store are also close by. The property management company who helps with rentals was also very responsive and helpful with all our needs."

  • Pura Vida!

"There is a lot to say about our stay at La Perla # 2-4, the service, and Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica. They made everything really easy, from the booking of the condo, to the rental car reservations, excursion reservations, and shuttle from the airport at pick up and drop off. They did it all for us! Becky and Mateo thank you so much you made our stay an experience we will always remember. Now about the condo. This condo is fabulous! Clean, modern, and new. Balcony off the living/kitchen area has a large table where you can enjoy your morning cup of CR coffee, missing that already. Master bedroom is huge it's really nice. Moving on...the location is perfect. We walked down into town several times leaving our rental car at the condo. Plenty of shopping, rentals, restaurants, bars, and even a Subway. Try the Pizza in town! I don't remember the name of the restaurant but they bake their pizza in the outside brick pizza oven and it's done in 3 minutes, good CR pizza. I can go on and on but will wrap it up by saying Blue Water Properties of Costa Rica will be highly recommended by us they truly made it easy from the beginning and were there for us throughout our stay. Mateo was in contact with us making sure we had a great time on our fishing trip, and our trip to Guachipelin which I highly recommend. Just like anywhere you go a few glitches but absolutely nothing that ruined our stay or trip. Mosquitoes! Make sure to use some repellant always. I caught a cold while on vaca but the local pharmacy has the best meds, better than the States. Lost power a few times at the condo but it was back up and running within a few minutes. The pool area needs some pool furniture and shade for that CR sun, it's hot! No workout room yet, but I'm sure it will be really nice when constructed. Finally...Don't pack much, there is a washer and dryer at the condo that you are able to wash instead of over packing like we did. We will return for sure."

  • A Memorable Month

"We enjoyed our first ever visit to Costa Rica and were pleased with our choice of accommodations. Casa Dulce Vida is exactly as pictured on the web site. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and centrally located for easy walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We were a bit disappointed that the condo did not have a real balcony to sit on, or its own deck or patio, as indicated in the written description. We love to B-B-Q and missed that opportunity. We did spend a lot of time at the communal pool and deck as the weather was extremely hot. The owner and property manager were most helpful and accommodating. We went on several water tours and The Langosta Beach Club was our favourite hangout and restaurant. We enjoyed Friday night jazz and dancing there. There were many great restaurants to choose from. We attended a theatre performance and frequented the Second Hand Book Store. Our next visit to beautiful Costa Rica will not be in April because we found the heat was a bit too much for us. We will likely return some year in December, January or February."

  • Mini Paradise in Costa Rica!

"Incredible place! All the reviews were 100% correct. This is a mini paradise...from the moment you walk in the enclosed tropical garden with with the inviting pool just takes your breath away. We were three adults and three children and the house was perfect for us. The rooms were beautiful, each one with its own charm! We chose the first floor one with my husband and found it private and luxurious... Every morning, I would turn on the outside fountain and enjoy the tiny sacred space behind the bedroom. The two teenage girls had the upstairs bedroom overlooking the pool and though they did not spend alot of time in the room, found time to relax and enjoy the space. I am a cook so I took well advantage of everything in the kitchen which I found well stocked and perfect! The company that oversees the property were great - taking care of little inconveniences in a timey fashion. I have nothing but good things to say - Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful environment to spend our vacation. We also loved the Beach Club were we went every afternoon- the people there are also committed to making sure that we enjoyed our stay. Russ, Duncan thank you for everything and you should be very proud of the space that you offer. I know that I personally have very high standards and your place did not dissappoint me!"

Tamarindo Travel Tips

An Unforgettable Trip to Tamarindo Beach Rentals

Who does not dream of unforgettable vacations, especially in a tropical paradise? If you are looking for such a trip then vacations in Costa Rica may be your answer. In Costa Rica, you have different provinces to choose from, including the Guanacaste Province in northwestern Costa Rica. In this area, you will find Tamarindo Beach rentals. The sandy beach may be just a few feet from your back door and you'll find surfing opportunities you will never forget. As you sit on the deck of Tamarindo resorts, you can look out at the Pacific Ocean for whales as well.

Tamarindo Resorts Are Easily Accessible

Tamarindo is a larger city in the province due in part to its accessibility. Flights and private charters can reach Tamarindo resorts by way of the International Airport in Liberia. It is 45 minutes from Tamarindo Beach rentals. In the town, you will pass by small stores, restaurants, and souvenir locations which you will want to visit at least once. Vacations in Costa Rica like those in Tamarindo ensure you have all the amenities at your accommodations, as well as in town.

Vacations in Costa Rica at Cape Sailfish

Tamarindo Beach runs along a section of bay formed by Cabo Velas or Cape Sailfish. To the north of Tamarindo resorts is Playa Grande which is inside the bay. Two beaches in this area are separated by a saltwater estuary called Estero Tamarindo; to the south of the bay, you'll find Playa Langosta. Vacations in Costa Rica are not complete without a stop at both beaches, especially because they are preserves for the giant leatherback sea turtle. If you visit between October and March, you will see the turtles come on shore at night to lay eggs.

Tamarindo Beach Rentals near Jungle Boat Tours

During the day, you can take a different sort of trip around the beaches. Jungle boat rides are offered to guests of Tamarindo Beach rentals who want to spend the day on skiffs in the mangrove forests. It is possible to see birds, mammals, and reptiles while on the tour. Canopy tours are also available for visitors who want fantastic views of the forest below.
