  • Pura Vida

"We just spent a week at the Beach Nest in Tamarindo and this place is awesome. It is fully equiped with everything you need and provides a comfortable home while on vacation. I highly recommend this over a hotel room. More space, very nicely decorated, great location, overall more comfortable than a hotel room. Two couples would have plenty of room in this condo. The balcony has excellent sunset views - can't be beat quite honestly. The location seems to be in the center of town, everything is within walking distance. Lots of great restuarants nearby - take Joel's recommendations. Although with the fully equiped kitchen you really never have to eat out if you want to prepare your meals. Grocery stores are close by. There is plenty of wildlife at the Diria - lots of iguanas at the pool and howler monkeys right off the balcony, the neighbors even had a monkey on the balcony one afternoon. The swimup pool bar is convenient; we also enjoyed the adult pool. We vacationed during the off season/rainy season, so it was quiet and somewhat private. Very relaxing week. We hated to see it come to an end. Highly recommend Tamarindo and the Beach Nest/Diria - you won't be disappointed."

  • Luxurious Craftsmanship, Friendship, Comfort & Location

"Our stay at Casa Paquita was absolutely amazing! Invited by our son-in-law's family for a birthday celebration, the nine in our group had plenty of space and amenities to make every moment spectacular. Noemi, the housekeeper, made our stay especially remarkable. From awakening each morning to her delicious coffee, to bedding down each night in our spotless room, she made every waking moment a pleasure. She never tired of our constant requests to help us learn Spanish and we had many warm conversations with her to learn about the local culture. At our request, she made many excellent recommendations of little-known places to visit and prepared mouth-watering local dishes for us. She did our laundry, arranged massages by pool and even located a fishing pole for my husband to use on Casa Paquita's picture-perfect beach. Her warm, nurturing nature made her feel like a member of my family and I already miss her and Smokey, the house dog, greatly. Casa Paquita itself is beautiful. The warm woods of the rounded doors and stairway show meticulous craftsmanship, as do the beautiful tiles throughout. The house is ingeniously built to harness the ocean breezes, from the three story fountain surrounded by the beautifully crafted staircase to the vented eaves in the upper stories and bathrooms. Although air conditioned throughout, conservation of energy has been thoughtfully incorporated into the construction of the home. The infinity pool is well maintained daily and is a wonderful viewpoint from which to enjoy ocean views in pampered comfort. It was the central gathering place for the entire family throughout our stay. We enjoyed beverages using ice from the ice maker with no ill effects, either. The grounds are beautiful, perfectly manicured and shade portions of the pool. We even spotted the occasional iguana and monkey in the trees. Two outdoor showers were beautifully and conveniently located to wash the sand from our beach-soaked bodies. Casa Paquita was easy to locate and only a short drive from Tamarindo. A small store is within walking distance and we were centrally located to explore the local beaches. The gated drive and courtyard made us feel safe and cozy. Overall, Casa Paquita is a magical place to relax, refresh and unwind due to the Pura Vida spirit of Noemi and the other Costa Ricans, like Diego and Luis, our guides to Arenal Volcano National Park and Eddie and Roberto who guided us on the horseback ride of our life at Playa Conchal. The memories a"

  • Wonderful home in Pinilla

"My family of 6 and two other families (13 in total) recently stayed at this awesome house in Pinilla. The house and location met all our high expectations of a property in Pinilla. Close to beach access, beach club, restaurants and a bunch of amenities around the area. The golf course is right behind the house. Tamarindo (very famous beach and surf town) is a close drive away, so restaurants, night life and supermarkets are around the corner. Our party really enjoyed the pool and outdoor rancho, which is fully equiped with a BBQ, fridge, microwave, etc. Pool table at the lower level was also a big plus. The house is huge and it offers several living areas to enjoy. Highly recommended for large families or gorups of friends. Overall a great stay. We will definitely come back!!!"

  • A Slice of Paradise!

"My wife and I rented penthouse on nthe beach with another couple. We were absolutely thrilled with the condo itself which was spacious and very well appointed. The onsite staff as well as the management company were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The pool area was wonderful with shaded areas as well as sun. The condo is located about a mile outside Tamarindo which can be walked. There are a couple restaurants about a half mile away. There is also a wonderful bed and breakfast close by which caters to breakfast only people as well as people staing there. A small grocery store is also close by. This was undoubtedly the best beach vacation we have ever had and highly recommend this property!"

Tamarindo Travel Tips

An Unforgettable Trip to Tamarindo Beach Rentals

Who does not dream of unforgettable vacations, especially in a tropical paradise? If you are looking for such a trip then vacations in Costa Rica may be your answer. In Costa Rica, you have different provinces to choose from, including the Guanacaste Province in northwestern Costa Rica. In this area, you will find Tamarindo Beach rentals. The sandy beach may be just a few feet from your back door and you'll find surfing opportunities you will never forget. As you sit on the deck of Tamarindo resorts, you can look out at the Pacific Ocean for whales as well.

Tamarindo Resorts Are Easily Accessible

Tamarindo is a larger city in the province due in part to its accessibility. Flights and private charters can reach Tamarindo resorts by way of the International Airport in Liberia. It is 45 minutes from Tamarindo Beach rentals. In the town, you will pass by small stores, restaurants, and souvenir locations which you will want to visit at least once. Vacations in Costa Rica like those in Tamarindo ensure you have all the amenities at your accommodations, as well as in town.

Vacations in Costa Rica at Cape Sailfish

Tamarindo Beach runs along a section of bay formed by Cabo Velas or Cape Sailfish. To the north of Tamarindo resorts is Playa Grande which is inside the bay. Two beaches in this area are separated by a saltwater estuary called Estero Tamarindo; to the south of the bay, you'll find Playa Langosta. Vacations in Costa Rica are not complete without a stop at both beaches, especially because they are preserves for the giant leatherback sea turtle. If you visit between October and March, you will see the turtles come on shore at night to lay eggs.

Tamarindo Beach Rentals near Jungle Boat Tours

During the day, you can take a different sort of trip around the beaches. Jungle boat rides are offered to guests of Tamarindo Beach rentals who want to spend the day on skiffs in the mangrove forests. It is possible to see birds, mammals, and reptiles while on the tour. Canopy tours are also available for visitors who want fantastic views of the forest below.
