  • Amazing House/Great Staff

"Wow! My family and I just spent a week in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property's concierge. She is simply wonderful and helped make our vacation incredibly memorable. She arranged amazing dinners, booked great daily events (including a full-day boating trip that is not to be missed), ensured that our refrigerator stayed stocked, and did all the little things that made this such a memorable vacation. The housekeepers not only kept the house spotless, but also made us amazing breakfasts. You also get use of the beach club, where the staff made us feel like we were the most important guests they have ever had. When you first walk into the house and see out into the backyard with its azure infinity pool and the breathtaking views, all the stresses of the "real-world" will melt away. Even the most stressed individuals (I am one) will be able to relax. I have stayed in the finest resorts throughout the world, and none compare to this house. Bottom-line, I highly recommend renting this magnificent home."

  • Like an upscale resort, all to yourself!

"We just spent 2 weeks at this fabulous property and I would happily give it 10 stars if I could! Inside, there's everything you need to complete your stay from a fully stocked kitchen to loads of pillows, sheets, towels and all the comforts of home. It's beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. Gorgeous! The photos truly don't do it justice! Outside, the photos tell you everything you need to know! Immaculately landscaped, large pool and spa, plenty of seats, and a great tiki hut with large BBQ for cooking. There's 2 hammocks in the palm trees just outside the fence, and an endless beach where you will only see one or two people each day. Picture perfect sunsets are a bonus! As others have mentioned, do rent a 4x4. The roads around the property and about 30-45min in each direction are challenging gravel roads, but totally worth the drive. About 10min away is the little town of Playa de Coyote, where you'll find 2 grocery stores with everything you might need, though stopping in Nicoya on the way to the property will save you some money. We went to the Pizza Tree about 10min away in Playa San Miguel and that was a real treat. Worth a try! We saw iguanas, gorgeous birds, and even a couple howler monkeys while there. Joe is so responsive and helpful. He was quick to answer all emails and provide us with any information we needed both before and during our stay. Of all the places we've rented, Joe was by far the most helpful and gracious host! Pilo, the innkeeper, was also very helpful. He doesn't speak much English (and we spoke no Spanish!) but we found that using a phone app that does translations was a very effective way to communicate! He seemed to enjoy that! Thank you Joe for making this wonderful property available. We're already planning our next trip!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"Having stayed at different homes in Pinillia in the past; Casa Nibbana was truly one of the best experiences we have had. The home was well equipped with everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen and appliances were top notch and fully functional and the dinnerware was ample and in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality; along with enough towels for bathrooms/pool and the beach. The property manager, Georgina, met us at Casa Nibbana to show us how to work the house and when the phone had issues, sent the gardener over so we could use his cell phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. We had six people in total and had ample space for everyone. The home was very kid friendly and worked out great for the whole family It truly was one of the most relaxing experiences and we will defiantly be back to Casa Nibbana."

  • Wow!

"What a great vacation home and location! Great beaches abound near by. Fantastic beach combing right in front. Spectacular views. Very comfortable. We were worried about the small pool. But it was perfect. Just a quick dip to cool off then back into a lounge chair. A bigger pool is unnecessary. Also close to great zip lining, fishing, cruises, and other adventures. Lots of great restaurants also close by; from pizza to lunch on the beach to fine french dining (Villa Deveena). Jarrod and Meaghan, the managers, are unbelievable hosts. The pictures don't do it justice. I couldn't recommend it more highly."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
