  • Paradise in Costa Rica!

"My wife and I and 2 other couples recently rented Ibis 10 in Tamarindo Costa Rica. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, and professionally maintained. The added bonus of free membership at the beautiful Langosta Beach Club put our vacation over the top. We had superb meals prepared by Amanda and Jennifer. Sebastian, our concierge, provided us with everything we ever needed. Bob Wilson the manager organized our payments and made sure our week ran smoothly. The beaches and restaurants of Tamarindo, as well as the hospitality of our staff made us sad to leave indeed!! We would not hesitate to recommend this condo to others looking for adventure and relaxation in Costa Rica..."Pura Vida"!!"

  • Perfect House and Location

"Dear Dave, Thanks so much! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Four Winds Villas and are already planning our return. We have stayed in numerous houses in Guiones over the years and I can honestly say this was our favorite. The interior was exceptionally clean and so comfortable. Upon our arrival it only took minutes to get into that laid-back Nosara groove! The pool was a perfect reprieve from the mid-day heat and we couldn't get our 10 year old out of it! This was our first trip where water pressure/availability was no issue - nice job with the back up system. We were pleasantly surprised by the short walk to the beach via the back yard cut-through path. Even while lugging my gigantic surfboard the 5 minute walk was a breeze! Thanks again and we can't wait to return. Mark, Sam & Micky"

  • Great place to stay!

"This was a wonderful home to rent while we visited Nosara! Just a drive away from local restaurants, and the beautiful beach! Our family enjoyed sitting by the pool relaxing and listening to all the rainforest sounds! Would highly recommend!"

  • Loved our stay at Casa Ganesha!

"Our family of 6 just spent two weeks at Casa Ganesha. What a wonderful home and property. The house was as pictured. Our 4 kids all had their own bedroom with air conditioning and we took over the master. No air conditioning but so open and with ceiling fan it really wasn't needed or missed. Overlooking the ocean, it was nice to hear the crashing waves at night and the howler monkeys in the morning. Lots of wildlife: bird visitors every morning and two iguanas on our roof! Our kids lived in the pool much of the day but enjoyed their time in the waves boogie boarding and learning to surf. Good restaurants in the area and being part of the hotel Playa Negra complex made us feel safe (on site security). Being able to run a tab a the restaurant was convenient for beachside pina coladas (and smoothies for the kids). House is located about 30 minutes south of Tamarindo (great touristy spot) which is nice for a visit, a dinner out or to stock up on groceries. Santa Cruz (also 30 min) was the most reasonable place to pick up groceries. Be sure to check out the cool church tower there! Know that the weather it is HOT on the west coast during dry season. 33-36 degrees (91-97F) almost every day with high winds some of the time. Landscape is pretty brown. Well worth taking a day or two to see rainforest. We spent one night in Fortuna to see the Arenal Volcano and rainforest. This was the rainforest I had come to see. Rainforest hike and incredible zip lining experience over the canopy. It was lush and green. Great experience but was nice to return to the sun, beach, pool and wonderful home of Casa Ganesha. Everyone we dealt with through this rental was wonderful! Serge answered emails quickly and answered all our many questions. Judy, the house manager was always available and Jennifer, the housekeeper did a wonderful job. People at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Casa Ganesha is well worth the visit!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
