  • Beautiful Vacation Rental - Total Paradise!!

"Casita Louisa was total paradise for my boyfriend and I. We stayed here for 8 nights and spent almost as much time relaxing at the peaceful house as we did exploring the beaches of Nosara. Its truly hard to tear yourself away from it but when you do all the amenities you need and sights you want to visit are close by. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and very comfortable. Joie was a great hand as we prepared for our trip and the property manager Ann Marie was professional and also very helpful. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and the beach is wonderful for kids and families. Can't recommend this place enough."

  • Nirvana

"It was all as advertised . The information book on places to see, eat, caterer , contacts etc was invaluable. It would have been nice if the gate community would open tennis court which would require new net and resurface clay base but there is a court 10 minutes away at jw Marriott resort. The service by pool maintenance , weekly maids and Jarrad and Meagan was outstanding. Little things they did meant a lot like changing the drinking water bottles and staffing the house with paper towels, toilet paper, washing machine detergent etc etc. Strongly recommend renting the villa loca . Only negative issue but not a big deal was dishwasher inoperative due to difficult in maintenance of this type of equipment. The washer/dryer was the critical piece of equipment and it worked fine."

  • Best on the Beach!

"Our group of six adults - 3 couples in our 50's/60's - drove up to Casa Del Mar, not quite sure which house was ours for the week. Then, we saw Nicho, who was standing outside, waiting to wave us in. We parked in a lovely parking area, and he guided us toward the ocean front of the house. It could not be more lovely. The large covered front patio/porch gave us shade and framed the beautiful ocean view. And walking into the house, we were surprised by the height of the ceiling and loft area. The open living space included a fully furnished kitchen where you could prepare your snacks or dinner as you looked through the huge glass front of the house, out to the beach and water. We were all so excited to move in and start the fun. Each couple in our group had a large bedroom with a private bath. In planning our trip, I had spoken with Greg and Gabriela several times. I had them set up our rental car, which worked out great. And they also set up a couple of other terrific adventure trips. We had a great experience on the Palo Verde River trip. And our Sunset Sailing Cruise was perfect. Having Greg, Gabriela and their daughter Daniela set up these things, made for easy, fun, safe adventure. The houses perfect location on Playa Grande provided for the best boogie boarding we have ever experienced. We rented 2 of them for the week, and passed them back and forth. They were used hours every day. I must comment on Miriam and Nicho. This husband and wife team were the caretakers of the property and us. They handled all of our questions promptly, either directly themselves, or via a quick phone call to Greg and Gabriella who were always reachable. The house was kept spotless - the dishes were washed daily, and our laundry was done half-way through the week. We felt spoiled. We had been to Costa Rica three times previously, and to Playa Grande just a couple of years earlier, but this was our first stay with Casa Del Mar. We all would highly recommend it, as we felt this was one of our very best vacations ever. We are already thinking down the road to our next Costa Rica trip, which will center around Playa Grande and Casa Del Mar."

  • Perfect getaway house!

"Our group of 4 adults had an amazing week at this house in Nosara. We walked to the beach daily, rented surfboards from one of the local surf shops, walked to the yoga institute a couple days, went fishing out of the next village over in Garza, went ziplining with the Miss Sky group, and would always finish everyday just hanging in and around the pool. Gosh, I really miss sitting in those rocking chairs. I could've probably slept there each night. The best part of the house was that you can completely open up the back wall to look over the infiniti pool and out into the jungle. The monkeys would be playing and eating in the trees around dinner time so you can be inside eating at the table or just rocking away but still feel like your outside. The house is located up on a hill so you get this amazing breeze throughout the entire place so you really didn't even need the AC. We turned it on only when we went to sleep. Other details we loved about the house was that everything was very clean, wifi worked great, and security was of no concern. Also, the property manager Tiffany was so nice to work with to get directions, information, anything you wanted or needed. We only ate out a couple meals since my husband is a chef but the best thing was that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. He really appreciated that. While he cooked, I played bartender and again we had everything we needed from lots of glasses to a blender to make some icy, cold drinks. Now this was our 2nd time to Nosara so we knew the Section K neighborhood but didn't rent this house before. We would certainly rent this house again if available. THANK YOU!!!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
