  • 7 times a charm!

"My husband and I have been coming to Nosara for 6 years and have rented 6 different houses. This year, our 7th year, we found Casita Del Mar, and we think it's the last house we will ever rent. Because we will keep coming back to it! A wonderful location, spacious layout and amazingly stocked kitchen made for the perfect experience. Thank you!"

  • Paradise

"Four of us recently spent a week at Villa Serena. ‘Villa Serena’ is beautiful and comfortable - both inside and outside. The gazebo, pool area and yard area were perfect places to relax, nap, read, visit, and listen to the sounds of the ocean waves. The Caretakers kept all areas of the property very clean, well maintained and secure. Marcia prepared a few meals for us and did a fantastic job. The Villa is located in a private and somewhat secluded area although it is within walking distance to town for the active individual. The booking process was handled very smoothly and the information given to us was informative and useful. Each day we would venture out for a couple of sightseeing trips but did not venture too far away as we hated to leave the luxury of our home away from home! The only ’con’ I can think of is that the week had to end."

  • Beautiful Condo

"My husband and I just got back from a 4 night stay in this condominium and it is everything the pictures and write-up show it to be. It is a beautiful unit and the grounds are so well kept. Everything you need is in the unit - full kitchen, plenty of towels, washer and dryer worked great. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager, Corby Smith, was very accommodating. She was there to meet us when we arrived (we did not rent a car but came by shuttle). Made great recommendations on things to do in the area and was available when we had a question. A couple of really good restaurants that are very close are the Restaurant at Villa del Sueno, and Bocelli's Pizza. Also, since we didn't have a car we had to call a taxi a few times and I would recommend Juan Carlos Angulo at phone number 8880-31-66. He is from Playa del Coco just down the beach and was very prompt and knowledgeable of the area. I would also highly recommend the Marlin del Rey sailing/snorkel catamaran tour. It was so much fun and a very good value. Very good visit to Costa Rica."

  • Nature Lover's Paradise

"This condo is a lovely retreat for vacationers who love the quiet. It is a really nice condo, but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist towns. It is down a 6 km dirt road, so a 4x4 is recommended but not necessary (we didn't have one). Traffic is minimal and we often had one of the beaches to ourselves. It is safe to walk anywhere at anytime; people are wonderful and there is so much nature to see without even getting into the car or even off the balcony. We saw howler monkeys, iguanas, turtles, whales, and for birdwatchers, you can see over 80% of all bird species in Guanacaste right on the property and nearby. The condo is clean and looks just as you see it; the balcony is the place to start the day with coffee and finish with a drink as the sun goes down. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, both on site and in the office."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
