  • Wow simply everything you can ask for.

"My fiancé and I rented this house with two other couples for 1week. It was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and the owner is quick to answer emails. We saw monkeys in the trees only 50 feet from the house and more butterflies than any of us had seen before in lots of different colors. The ocean was probably 80 degrees and only 100 feet from the house. We went to a swim up bar right down the beach from the house which also offered ocean side massages! (It was truly amazing). Four of the nights we stayed in and had a private chef prepare dinner for us. It was local food and flavors that we miss so much (fried plantain, yum) I can't wait to return to this perfect house and beautiful country."

  • Easy to live.

"We stayed in the unit for 11 weeks from Jan to Mar as our first year of retirement. You can't beat the weather. Only 1 day that was overcast. NO rain. If you want a sunny, hot spot then this is the place. By late March it was getting hot. Low of 82 and high of 95 virtually every day. The patio having shade from late morning was a super feature. For sun all you needed as ten steps to the pool and a cool down. As there are only a few units with two pools there was never a problem getting one of the lounges. They are great to look at and shaped nicely but an airmattress makes them much more comfortable. The neighbours were great and we made some long lasting friendships. (bringing a jug of Caesars or margaritas out to share at happy hour helps:)). Very peaceful. The unit had most everything you need. We cooked most meals and had Marylyn the "fish lady" come to the back gate once a week with fresh shrimp, maui maui and tilapia. The seafood is awesome. There is also a great market up by the mall with the Mega supermarket. As for food shopping there are four large stores that have all you need and more. We also used the fresh vegetable market south of the SuperCompro most days coming back from our walk. The peppers, pineapple, mangos and watermelons is something we miss everyday here at home. The unit has a very good BBQ but you have to get used to the heat it can give out. I used indirect mostly as there are four burners. There is no electronic lighter (Ron you should maybe install one) so we used matches. I worked out a system but be careful as a couple of people in the complex are missing a few eyebrows:). Use one burner only to start and move the coals around so the match can access the gas quick. The stove is also gas but we used the BBQ virtually everyday so it didn't get much use. AC worked great as it is in each room. But we only used it at night. Why go to the heat to stay inside in the cold? One trick we found was to use the big fan out on the patio. It worked great and helped keep any mosquitos away. An outdoor ceiling fan would be a great addition. All the beds were comfortable and the layout is great for multiple couples. One thing you might bring is an AppleTv. We used it a lot to watch Netflix which worked fine on the WiFi. Only a very few English channels. The beach is a short walk and we did it most mornings when it was cooler. So a pool at your doorstep and ocean 5 min away. What else do you need."

  • Rental 344473

"My family of six had a fabulous time in Costa Rica. The lady who helped us get the rental was the friendliest, most accommodating person I have ever met. The guard for the complex was also helpful. I only have praises for them. The condominium was clean, tastefully decorated and well kept. Scenery is breathtaking. Price was great too! Bonus all around."

  • Great Place

"My girlfriend and another couple stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 days but turned into 4. I originally booked a 1 bedroom but 1 day before our reservation emailed Dylan (The owner) and asked if he by chance had a 2 bedroom unit because another couple had decided to join us. He said no problem and that he would have it cleaned and ready for us. We arrived and were shown to the unit. It looked as if no one had stayed in it before. These units must have been built within a year or two. Tile floors, A/C in the living room and each bedroom, tile showers, granite countertops, new appliances and cookware, everything you need for a wonderful stay. The fact that Amigos (A MUST GO) and the supermarket are literally downstairs makes it even more relaxing and convenient. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away, and little town with a great bar and surf shop is about a 10 minute drive. The surf breaks around Playa Junquillal were very good. It was fairly big for my talents (8-9 foot at times) and would close out later in the evening. The sandy bottom was very nice! I wouldn't recommend coming here without a vehicle if you want to venture out much, but if you want to stay in the complex, it has everything you need, except an ATM. The store has standard prices on everything, Amigos is a fantastic bar/restaurant, and the pool is lovely and well kept. Dylan is a pleasure to work with, and if we come back to Costa Rica, we will be staying here again."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
