  • Amazing!!

"Absolutely beautiful yard!! The house was amazing and in a great location. The pool and outdoor grill space were awesome to have and we used them both a lot. Walking distance to the beach and to the fruit stand which was really awesome. We will definitely rent this property again!!"

  • Beachfront Condo

"I enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo beach. The condo was beautifully outfitted and very comfortable, air conditioning was outstanding. Renee, the Condo manager, was very friendly and helpful, before and during the stay. Her recommendations of tour guides was most appreciated. The only fault I would bring up was the water pressure was terrible, This made showering and getting rid of the fine sand from the beach almost impossible. By the end of our stay I had sand in the bedding that I couldn't get rid off. In hindsight I should have contacted Renee but didn't. I am not sure if she could have helped but I am sure she would have tried. I think that the problem was with the entire complex as they were not watering any of the grass at the grounds even though sprinklers were present. This made the grounds somewhat brown and not as pretty as they could have been. Yes we were there during the dry season. Although the Condo sleeps 4 it only had living room furniture and dining furniture for 2 which meant the balcony furniture had to be moved in for all of us, a party of 3, to be together. When I had booked the condo the prior pictures showed different furniture that would have actually accommodated 4 people. This was unfortunate as we were constantly moving chairs in and out. The balcony over the bay was an oasis with the waves crashing against the shore most relaxing. There are no grocery stores in walking distance of the condo other than a very overpriced convenience store so consider picking up your groceries on the way in if you do not have transportation. Our tour guides that we had on Renee's recommendation were always most helpful with stopping on the way back from a tour to pick up things at a larger grocery store."

  • Fantastic stay and awesome house

"We just completed a week long stay with two families (10 total, kids 8-13) and loved the house. The house is very much as represented in the pictures & video. Very up-to-date and modern. Everything was in working order and was well maintained. The layout is perfect for two families, with two very spacious master suites. The kitchen and great room are perfect and plenty large for all 10 of us to hang out comfortably. the house wraps around the central pool area, which was in use full-time with the kids and adults. Positives: - great pool and indoor/outdoor space (great room opens up to the outdoors, weather permitting) - modern touches (flat screen tv, cable, speedy wifi, bose stereo system, etc.) - very safe, private location (two security gates to get to property, manned 24hrs/day) - nearby beach club (5 min drive away), which had a great pool, killer beach, workout room and a very good restaurant. - small market 5 min drive away with the basics you may need - golf courses right there (we did not play, but looked really nice) - horse stables 5 min drive away (we did this. great staff and horses. rode along the beach) - tennis courts are a 5 min drive away and looked nice (we did not play) - JW Marriott is a 5 min drive away (can walk there via beach in ~15-20 min) and has a few restaurants available - house mgmt. team (maria & josh) were very attentive and helpful with any questions considerations: - the beach in front of the property is not swimmable. more tide pools for walking/exploring. this likely would have been a consideration for us in selecting the house, but in hindsight, was not a big deal (the beach club beach is incredible) - you will need a car, as the house is a bit remote (tamarindo ~20 min drive away, main market was ~20 min drive away, beach club is not walkable) - there were some bugs/mosquitos at night...bring some spray - bikes at the house were not in great working order we also brought in a private chef for a few dinners and breakfasts (frank at bellyfedbetter.com). Frank was awesome and he even did grocery shopping for us for a nominal fee (even had the house stocked for us upon our arrival). very highly recommend. we used swiss travel for a couple excursions which were very fun (sensoria and something called the adrenaline tour). they arranged for transportation to/from the house in a very nice van. highly recommend. overall a great trip and really great house!"

  • Utmost relaxing vacation

"We absolutely loved to stay in the Casa Verde. It`s beautiful, tasteful, comfortable, lightflooded, in the midst of green, perfect in any respect. We spent many hours just sitting on the spacious terrace admiring the spectacular views, that peacefully change over the day from sunrise until colorful sundown. We explored all the beaches, those with calm water and those with breakers, some really endless and lonely. There are a few nice places to eat out. We went for a trip to the south of the Nicoya Peninsula, the tropical landscape is amazing, and it`s an exiting and unique exprience to drive through rivers and on the beach at Manzanilla. We would really love to spend another vacation at the Casa Verde, but then more than just five days! Thank you Carla that we had the chance to know this amazing and wonderful place. Costa Rica is a wonderful country."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
