  • Enjoying Pura Vida

"We spent a wonderful three weeks at Casa de Valencia sharing our time with family and friends who came and went during the time we were there. For the first time in our many travels, though never to Costa Rica, we did not rent a car. Given the location of the villa and all of the activities and transportation options available, we did not miss having one. Getting to and from the airport in Liberia was very easy and can be arranged through the rental office or a van or taxi can be easily arranged from the airport. The villa itself was very comfortable and the outdoor patio, dining and pool area wonderful. We spent most of our time outdoors and loved the visits from birds, iguanas and monkeys. The staff at Casablanca was friendly and helpful and provided any assistance we needed. We did most of our own cooking and enjoyed the outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen and proximity to the local grocery store and fresh fish market. Kenny provided a handy wheeled shopping cart which made life very easy! We enjoyed the beach, ocean, pool and various tours of the area. Most of all, we loved being able to hang out on our wonderful and secluded patio reading, and reveling in the Pura Vida life. We enjoyed it so much that we're hoping to spend a month next year at wonderful Casa de Valencia."

  • 10 time more than what I expected!!!!

"House was beautiful!!! I stayed in the first floor and had an amazing time! We were a large family of 10 and we were very comfortable, but bring your own blow out bed because the bed was damage... But over all Wayne and Minor were a great host! No Tv so for those Tv lovers don't expect it. Anyway who needs a tv with those views and the wonderful pool over looking the ocean?!?! The rooms were really large and that was a plus! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I wished I could of stayed there for longer."

  • Casa Mandarina and Amigo Realty Top Notch!

"We are terribly sad to see this week come to an end. There is so much left to do so we must plan our next visit. I think Casa Mandarina would be an excellent place for a crowd. Marcia is an amazing cook! Authentic Costa Rican cuisine everyday, breakfast lunch dinner, when we weren't out on the best adventures, organized by Marjolet! Many thanks to Marjolet for getting us on personalized tours with Don Grant, the owner of Get Lost In Costa Rica (# 1 in Trip Advisor for Costa Rica). Now that we have been here, our next trip will be even better! Turtle tour, River Tour, Zip lining, horseback riding, waterslide, mud bath, swim in natural hot springs heated by volcano, and endless fun and relaxation at Casa Mandarina and Playa Grande beach! This is our last day. After our breakfast, we walked the beach and saw where a giant Leatherback turtle came ashore over night to nest and return to the sea. Then noticed a baby Leatherback trying to make its way to sea. What an experience for the kids and us, right out the back door of Casa Mandarina! Thanks Nova, Marjolet, Marcia and Oscar! Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
