  • Retreat like Property!

"We have traveled extensively through Costa Rica and have now found our favorite place in Nosara/Playa Guiones: Casa Radl! This property has it all. It is safe, which is an absolute MUST in Costa Rica, it is right by the beach, it is reasonably priced considering it sleeps up to 12 people, it has a huge pool with an outdoor lounge/kitchen/dining set up for a large group, there are bicycles provided to get around, the housekeeper and gardener are loyal and so helpful and one feels secluded even though the walk to local restaurants, markets and shops is a short one. Casa Radl is the perfect retreat for anyone who enjoys tropical living."

  • Amazing Vacation at Casa Playa Bonita!!

"My family of 4 travels really well with 3 other families/amazing friends of ours. This was our 2nd annual Spring Break shared Vacation. There is no way I will be able to say enough about what an incredible time we all had at Casa Playa Bonita. Where do I start? Lisa is so prompt and pleasant and made planning our trip a breeze. She and Yoko answered all of our questions immediately. Yoko will book your transportation and any day trips, she will make reservations for dinner, she is available to answer any questions at any time before and during your stay. When I called, she picked up. We were taken care of. Herman and Blanca were a dynamic duo for sure. Blanca is one stealth woman! She was like a ghost. We bought tons of fruit and she would cut it for us every morning and set it out without anyone seeing her. Any time we would try and wash a glass or dish she would stop us. She cleaned our rooms every day and I swear I rarely ever saw her! Herman and Blanca have perma-grins and they are wonderful human beings. Make sure you arrange at least one dinner cooked for you. They made us the BEST Tuna we've ever had. Even the non seafood eaters tried it and loved it! Casa Playa Bonita is a perfectly designed home. 4 families, 14 people and there was plenty of privacy when needed. Best location, gorgeous sunsets, steps to the beach, a quick walk to Coco Loco's. It's like you have your own private resort. Coffee every morning looking out at the ocean, listening to birds and watching dragonflies buzz by was so incredibly relaxing. We rented sea-do's down the beach, kayaked and paddle AND boogie boarded right in front of the house. Fish would swim between our legs and the kids saw a sting ray. There were no vendors bugging you on the beach, it's super mellow and GORGEOUS. White sand and clear water. Yoko set us up with a 4 wheel/canopy tour and everyone had a great time. So much so that the kids decided to go on a 4 wheeling guided tour later in the week to ride again. We swam in the pool for hours and took advantage of the kiddie pool to float because we have no little ones. I want to be floating right now! Read the house book that Lisa will provide front to back. Everything you need is in there. We cooked in the amazing kitchen, went to Angelina's for dinner (tried octopus and LOVED) and there were daily walks to Coco Loco's for a coco loco served in a coconut. YES! I want to write more and I'm being cut off so....JUST GO. We can't wait to return. Pura Vida!!"

  • Great Location and Clean Conditions

"Just returned for a second time at this condo. It's been about 7 years and what a difference. The grounds and pool area have grown in to provide a lush tropical setting once you leave the door. The condo has loads of upgrades with an up to date kitchen and washer & drier. Each room has a private balcony with a bathroom. The location and style allows you to feel the Costa Rican culture, it's located on a quiet dirt road away from the more heavily traveled tourist areas. The location is 5mins walk to the beach and town. Tamarindo remains a down to earth Costa Rican town, but we did find a few new restaurants that were adding a touch of global panache to the local scene. We hit local spots for awesome fried red snapper served Tico style with head & tail, and found a new Argentine location serving home made noodles. This is a great location for anyone that wants the beach town lifestyle of Costa Rica, highly suggest renting this modern up to date condo in a super spot."

  • Enjoying Pura Vida

"We spent a wonderful three weeks at Casa de Valencia sharing our time with family and friends who came and went during the time we were there. For the first time in our many travels, though never to Costa Rica, we did not rent a car. Given the location of the villa and all of the activities and transportation options available, we did not miss having one. Getting to and from the airport in Liberia was very easy and can be arranged through the rental office or a van or taxi can be easily arranged from the airport. The villa itself was very comfortable and the outdoor patio, dining and pool area wonderful. We spent most of our time outdoors and loved the visits from birds, iguanas and monkeys. The staff at Casablanca was friendly and helpful and provided any assistance we needed. We did most of our own cooking and enjoyed the outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen and proximity to the local grocery store and fresh fish market. Kenny provided a handy wheeled shopping cart which made life very easy! We enjoyed the beach, ocean, pool and various tours of the area. Most of all, we loved being able to hang out on our wonderful and secluded patio reading, and reveling in the Pura Vida life. We enjoyed it so much that we're hoping to spend a month next year at wonderful Casa de Valencia."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
