  • Lovely peaceful place

"Great little townhouse in beautiful garden with nice pool. The condo had excellent air conditioning (necessary in April!), a lovely patio and simple but nice decor. A few things need repair, such as random holes in the wall and noisy toilets. But that said, it's overall a wonderful clean option at an affordable price and in a great location: very close to the south entrance of the beach and the yoga Institute with its wonderful juice bar and great yoga classes. The kitchen was perfect. We loved that it felt safe too. Also Francinny is especially helpful and nice - so responsive and a wonderful resource. She recommended restaurants for us that were incredible, eg., La Luna. We loved our time in Nosara!"

  • Everything we wanted and more!

"Right from the start this place exceeded our expectations. Kalli was amazing to deal with and very helpful in ensuring all of our questions were answered. We arrived at the condo very late and when we woke up in the morning the location took our breath away. The beach and ocean in front of the condo was much better than the pictures showed. The condo was beautiful, clean and everything we wanted was there. Kalli's information book in the condo and the information she sent prior to our trip was perfect. The sunsets from the deck with a glass of wine in the evening were spectacular after a long day of adventures. The Shack, the Beach House and Coco Loco's are must go to places for food. Everyone in our group are foodies and we were not disappointed with either place. We initially rented bikes and then upgraded to golf cart as it was to hot for us to bike everywhere. The golf cart was a perfect way to experience the local area, we even made a couple very long trips to Tamarindo :) Our next trip we will rent a vehicle to get inland a bit more but would def. recommend the golf cart to travel locally. If you are a diver I would highly recommend the Aqua Centre in Flamingo. Sailing on the Panache (first class), Surfing in Playa Grande. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and will not be our last. We are already discussing our return trip and planning to spend a month as we found 16 days was not enough time to see this beautiful country. Again thank you Kalli for this wonderful place and we returning to the House of Summer sand in the very near future."

  • Wonderful Vacation

"We have just returned from the beautiful Costa Rica and had a wonderful stay at Casa De Loma. Everything was perfect from the minute we arrived. The pictures on VRBO do not do the house and view justice. We were greeted by Ana and made to feel right at home. The house was lovely and the sunsets were incredible. The swimming pool was so nice to come home to after a full day on the beach or seeing the sights. The pool was very clean and just the right temperature. Ana had the most delicious dinners ready for us, our favorite was the BBQ chicken. We saw lots of wildlife and recommend the local zip line company in Samara. Just when we were getting to know the area we had to leave. We hope to go back in the near future. We will miss Ana as she was a lovely person! I would recommend this VRBO rental 100 %! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts."

  • Hidden Gem!

"We arrived at our Playa Langosta rental and upon entering the condo, we were immediately blown away. The amount of space we had was incredible. I felt the pictures on the website were true to what the condo was. We were able to have a home away from home experience while on an amazing vacation to a beautiful country! We rented a car and so were able to shop at the grocery store and prepare delicious meals in the beautiful kitchen provided for us. The beaches and town of Tamarindo are a fifteen minute walk and worth it!! We loved La Esquina number five!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
