  • Great Property, Great Host!

"My wife, two kids and I had a 3 week dream vacation in Costa Rica and were delighted that two of the weeks were at this property. It was great location in a very safe complex. Plenty of room for us cook, spread out and relax. Access to the "Magic Jack" internet phone was a much appreciated plus. Both the owner and manager were very responsive to our inquiries. We hope to return again!"

  • Best Place in Arenal!!

"My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and loved it! Glenn, the owner, was very helpful. The grounds were beautiful, the home neat and well stocked for our needs. We had plenty of space for 8 people to sleep, lounge, and enjoy the views from the numerous patios and verandas. I would highly recommend this place for anyone to stay at and we are hoping to go back again for another visit soon! Thanks Glenn for sharing your beautiful place with us!"

  • Lovely House Great location

"On my 3rd trip to Playa Grande, my friend and I (60 something women) took our 9 twenty-something kids for a weeklong break from the cold Northeast Everybody loved Casa Kalumina. Elisa, the rental agent, is local and was there to help us activate the wireless internet and assist with any need. The house is close to the beach, local market and restaurants as well as the water taxi to Tamarindo. We are booking for next year already"

  • Unique, Private Oasis

"My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo on our honeymoon. The condo is an end unit and practically on the beach. We really enjoyed walking on the beach, it was so private, the only life form we saw was a dog and small sea creatures, it was like our own private beach. The balcony was so relaxing with the roaring waves and sounds of nature. We would go back and stay here in a heartbeat..."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
