  • Beautiful home

"My wife and I stayed at Casa Dulce for our first trip to Costa Rica, 8-15 Mar 2014. The onsite manager met us even though we arrived more than an hour late due to flight delays. Got us checked in, oriented and settled quickly and efficiently. It was dark when we arrived, but in the morning, it became obvious that the home is beautiful and fully equipped. Love the pool and the backyard landscaping. Ate breakfast every morning while looking out at the great backyard view, including the iguana who seemed to be expecting an invitation in (we declined.) The Sunrise community is a nice mix of locals, people who have moved there from elsewhere and people like us who are short term visitors. All were welcoming and friendly. We shopped at some of the small close by markets (Super Wendy and Super Massai), and the local corner fruit stand. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, off the beaten track vacation. If you prefer having a bunch of Americans around, go to Tamarindo instead. Loved the local beaches, especially Playa Portrero, Sugar Beach and Playas Danta and Danita."

  • Relaxing New Year in well equipped home

"We had a wonderful stay in this property. The owners and their property manager were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The house is well looked after, clean and really well equipped compared to many we have stayed in, particularly the kitchen, which had everything we needed, including pantry items such as herbs, spices cooking oil etc, which was really useful for our short stay. The garden is fabulous and huge and the patio is a great spot for bird watching. Although not on the doorstep of La Fortuna (and therefore many of the area's attractions) we found it perfectly viable for day trips and the drives around the area are spectacular anyway! We would not hesitate to recommend this property."

  • Absolutely fabulous stay!!!!

"This is our first time to Costa Rica. We wanted to get away from the cold and took our teenage/young adult kids to this awesome place for a Christmas vacation. We had the best time. Thank you to Vince and Angela for alot of options and the information on what to do and where to go within an hour drive of this area. It was never a dull or boring moment. We really enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio/balcony and watching the birds, howler monkeys, iguanas, & squirrels climb thru the trees. The sounds were relaxing and amazing which made it hard to get going out the door each morning. All the pools were beautiful and clean. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Fantastic neighbors also assisted us with our questions of the area. The 24 hour security was extra nice. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat. We also rented a car which was nice to see farther areas, but there is also public transportation at a cheap price if you have time. Thanks Vince and Angela for all your help and suggestions."

  • We loved Costa Rica!

"We really enjoyed our Christmas in Costa Rica. The condo is very spacious and has nice furniture and decorations. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and many other restaurants. The pool is relaxing and we loved breakfasts on the balcony. The owners were helpful and we took several Sibu tours that were really fun as well. I highly recommend this rental!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
