  • Great VRBO rental

"Our family of 5 stayed in this condo at Hacienda Pinilla the week of 4/4/2015-4/11/2015. This was our second trip to Pinilla but our first stay in this condo. The condo was well equipped for our needs and a fabulous location. My seven year old loved the fact that there is a pool right outside the front door of the condo! I would highly recommend Hacienda Pinilla as one of the best places to stay if planning a trip to Costa Rica. Other reviews mention on property activities in Hacienda like horseback riding, golf, and the beach club with great service and food. The JW Marriott is next to the condo but very high priced and the food is average at best. My sons surf and we surfed everyday at playa Avellanas near Lola's. There are great dining options off the property as well such as Lola's, The Beach Box, Mauna Loa and Hotel Mediteranneo. Tamarindo is only a short drive. We had a personal chef come the first night we arrived at the recommendation of the property manager. It was excellent, one of the best meals we had while there, so be sure to ask about that option if you book here! Overall, a great condo and location and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming to Costa Rica."

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"Having stayed at different homes in Pinillia in the past; Casa Nibbana was truly one of the best experiences we have had. The home was well equipped with everything needed to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen and appliances were top notch and fully functional and the dinnerware was ample and in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality; along with enough towels for bathrooms/pool and the beach. The property manager, Georgina, met us at Casa Nibbana to show us how to work the house and when the phone had issues, sent the gardener over so we could use his cell phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. We had six people in total and had ample space for everyone. The home was very kid friendly and worked out great for the whole family It truly was one of the most relaxing experiences and we will defiantly be back to Casa Nibbana."

  • Loved it!

"We just returned from a 10 day stay at Casa Boaz. This property is a quiet, shady oasis just minutes from bustling Tamarindo. Dee and Andy were great hosts and were very helpful with recommendations and making reservations. Things we liked: visiting with other guests while cooling off in the pool, the quick walk to the beach, and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Thanks Dee and Andy for helping to make our first trip to Costa Rica a memorable one."

  • Palms #6 is Great!!

"We spent a week at Playa Flamingo and stayed in #6 condo at the Palms. The condo was awesome in every respect: Clean, comfortable, well stocked, luxurious. The views were great and the location can't be beat (right on the beach). Owner was responsive and very helpful. He suggested a charter boat for offshore fishing, which turned out to be three amazing days on the water. We caught sailfish, roosterfish, tuna, mahi and to top it all off we caught a 250# and 1000# blue marlin. That's not a misprint, the "grander" was a record fish for the boat after 28 years chartering in Costa Rica. I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to stay here again. I also had my wife and two kids, age 8 and 14. They too loved the place."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
