  • Gorgeous views, great house!

"Casa Ventana has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in lovely Playa Negra. The kitchen is clean, large and well equipped. The ac is chilly. There is plenty of hot water. The house has a satellite tv and speedy wifi. The pool is pretty and was always the perfect temperature. The house has a large wrap-around porch which was the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular ocean views, flawless sunsets and cooling breezes. Every time we pulled into the driveway we remarked how much we loved our cute sea-side casa. It felt like home. Mary (the manager), the maintenance staff, the cleaning staff and the security team were excellent. We felt very safe and well cared for. Highly recommended!"

  • Casa Mandarina and Amigo Realty Top Notch!

"We are terribly sad to see this week come to an end. There is so much left to do so we must plan our next visit. I think Casa Mandarina would be an excellent place for a crowd. Marcia is an amazing cook! Authentic Costa Rican cuisine everyday, breakfast lunch dinner, when we weren't out on the best adventures, organized by Marjolet! Many thanks to Marjolet for getting us on personalized tours with Don Grant, the owner of Get Lost In Costa Rica (# 1 in Trip Advisor for Costa Rica). Now that we have been here, our next trip will be even better! Turtle tour, River Tour, Zip lining, horseback riding, waterslide, mud bath, swim in natural hot springs heated by volcano, and endless fun and relaxation at Casa Mandarina and Playa Grande beach! This is our last day. After our breakfast, we walked the beach and saw where a giant Leatherback turtle came ashore over night to nest and return to the sea. Then noticed a baby Leatherback trying to make its way to sea. What an experience for the kids and us, right out the back door of Casa Mandarina! Thanks Nova, Marjolet, Marcia and Oscar! • Wonderful stay

"We stayed at this condo for the month of Feb. and fell in love with it so much so that we are going back for the month of Feb. / 2016.😄 The condo was equipped with everything we needed and anything we didn't have the owner was more than helpful to accommodate us. It's the perfect spot around an awesome center pool away from the busyness of Tamorindo which is a nice walk down the beach .Love love love it"

  • Great place to stay!

"What a great vacation! Mary Beth and Scott were great prior to and during our actual trip. They sent us a ton of information about the area and things to do based on their personal experiences. The condo was well kept and updated. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to relax after a day at the beach or after coming back from an adventure. The property was well maintained and everyone was very friendly. Costa Rica is a beautiful country and we can't wait to go back!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
