  • Awesome place!

"The condo is located in a great area for tourists. There are plenty of places to eat and shop. There is also a nearby monkey jungle and horseback riding. This location offers everything you need to have a great time: full kitchen, jacuzzi, infinity pool and much more. In addition, this condo is great for a group of friends and/or family."

  • perfect 10 vacation home.

"We met friends from Ohio for 9 days in Costa Rica and Casa Prieta was amazing! It was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The owner, Rick has really thought of everything. If you ever plan a trip to Costa Rica, THIS is where you want to stay. The view from our house was nothing short of spectacular. Beautiful grounds and trees and flowers. An infinity pool. Birds all around. A 500 ft drop to the Pacific Ocean below us, that made it possible to hear the Ocean at all times. Early sunrise over the mountains behind our house brought out the Howler Monkeys that I heard for the first time. WOW they sound freaky and huge. But, as I learned later in the trip, they are not huge or freaky...they just sound that way. :) The sunsets at our house took my breath away. I've seen a few that were amazing , but this? The sky went from shades of Blue and Yellow, to bright Oranges mixed with a golden ball sitting low in the sky. Until finally, it would turn deep orange and reds and look as though the sky had been set on fire, and then just seem to slip into the ocean.....it really did make me cry it was so amazing. I watched the sun set every night and I was never disappointed. Our housekeeper, Francis was so sweet and did such a wonderful job. I felt like the house was "new again" after she left each time. Every morning I had coffee on the deck while a bird visited me for bread crumbs. Every day we sunned poolside and had fresh fruit blended drinks. And at night after whatever the day had brought, we seemed to naturally end up back at our house early for either swimming or just sitting under that huge sky. It really was perfect...This vacation exceeded every expectation I had, and blew my preconceived notions of Central America out of the water. There are mountains and Volcanoes all around. The monkeys and geckos make cool sounds that I've never heard before. The food tastes better there. The Pacific Ocean is amazing, loud and powerful. The Flowers, even in the dry season are lovely, And the people are gorgeous and kind. Costa Rica is the most beautiful place I have ever seen with my own eyes. I think I'm in love.... Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Pura Vida. Tracey and Will Smith"

  • Vacationing In Langosta Beach, Costa Rica

"My wife and I love to fish and surround ourselves with outdoor pleasures. This area provides an array of opportunities for exactly that. Just a few minutes walk to the Pacific Ocean, the location of the property lends a perfect hub to explore the area rich in clear blue waters, an abundance of foliage and tree climbing wild life. The property owners are friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. They assisted us with our daily adventure decisions which was incredibly helpful. We did offshore fishing, horseback riding with mountain zip lining, cliff jumping, beach exploring and Catamaran sailing with snorkeling. All of those trips were set up by the owners. We set up sitting by the pool with our favorite beverage all by ourselves! We really enjoyed fishing locally on foot which provided a tasty lunch! We stayed in the 2-2 which was plenty roomy and actually is set up to accommodate eight or more. The room was well stocked and had a gas stove(which was nice), movies provided on DVD, and the wifi signal was strong. Oh, and their dog Roxy is a gem. We met a few locals and friends of the property owners and we very much enjoyed everyone. There is a small grocery store just a minutes walk from the properties real name, "Casa Neptuno" and a deli a few dozen steps further. There's a sports bar across the street that was very welcoming and had plenty of games and food for all ages. The area has multiple restaurants that offer great local fare or traditional cuisine. La Baula has great thin crust pizza that we all wish we could make at home. Most restaurants have open air seating and the on beach seating looks West at the setting sun. Perfect...It was the quiet of Playa Langosta and the colorful, beachy surf town of Tamarindo that was our home away from home, but that was surrounded by the beautiful country of Costa Rica. Enjoy it as we did and you will be compelled to write a similar review. Pura Vida Derek & Heather Fisk Orlando, FL."

  • Wonderful home in Pinilla

"My family of 6 and two other families (13 in total) recently stayed at this awesome house in Pinilla. The house and location met all our high expectations of a property in Pinilla. Close to beach access, beach club, restaurants and a bunch of amenities around the area. The golf course is right behind the house. Tamarindo (very famous beach and surf town) is a close drive away, so restaurants, night life and supermarkets are around the corner. Our party really enjoyed the pool and outdoor rancho, which is fully equiped with a BBQ, fridge, microwave, etc. Pool table at the lower level was also a big plus. The house is huge and it offers several living areas to enjoy. Highly recommended for large families or gorups of friends. Overall a great stay. We will definitely come back!!!"

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
