"We had a fabulous time during our stay at Casa Fuego. The house is beautiful and a great location for families with its infinity pool and located right on the beach. Playa Negra is a very friendly town with several great restaurants to choose from. Jarrod and Meaghan were great property managers who were always available to answer any questions that arose. Had such a great time! Can't wait to come back!"

  • Friends Vacation

"Our original reservation was cancelled and was replace by this beautifull house. Me and my 3 friends really appreciate our stay at this house. We enjoyed a lot the pool and the full kitchen. The house is big enough for everybody. The kitchen is great. We cooked a lot of meal and enjoyed them on the rooftop terrassse. The only negetive this was that we have a lot of trouble with the washing machine and the toilet of the powder room wasn't flushing."

  • First Time/Forever Fans

"This was our first time in Costa Rica. We enjoyed every minute of our relaxing vacation and found it hard to leave. The home was inviting and staff from the surf shop were so friendly and very helpful. Marcos was so friendly and asked us everyday what we were going to do and gave us suggestions that made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Marcos! The home is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The porch provided many star gazing opportunities and a wonderful breakfast setting. The shooting stars, howling monkeys, local bird species singing and a cool breeze made it so relaxing. When the wind died down we could hear the ocean. The thing we embraced was the Pure Vida life. Walking the beach every day at least twice and exploring the surrounding area was fantastic. We ventured to many beaches and thoroughly enjoyed having our own vehicle. The roads were good (sometimes adventurous) and we found that people drove carefully, unlike our Dominican Republic experience. The local restaurants each had their own unique style but all of them had wonderful wait staff and very good food. Huerto's Pizza is exceptional and Eric at Rip Jack Inn restaurant was one of our favorite waiters. The food is always amazing. Try the hot garlic shrimp. We wish we didn't wait for the last night to try it. Take time to talk to people and you will find them to be a likable and inviting community. Ian, Corryne and their boy Finnegan were all so charming and easy going. We thank you so much for providing a home in the middle of paradise. We enjoyed it and needed the time a way. We look forward to making Costa Rica our future vacation destination for years to come. We want to share it with everyone. God bless you all at Frijoles Loco!"

  • Papagayo Perfection!

"Our family just spent a week at this house with another family (10 people), and it couldn't have been better. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures, but with better sunset views. Everything was immaculate and it was laid out well for our group. Great central location on the peninsula with easy golf cart rides to the private beach club, golf club house, and Four Seasons. Kids loved watching the monkeys and parrots from the pool deck. Many beaches to choose from and all kid friendly for swimming and snorkeling. The house managers and staff are wonderful and helped us make all our reservations, book private chef, plan exciting excursions, book sitters, transportation, etc... Everything went very smoothly with their help. Even if you aren't a big golfer, play this course. It is spectacularly beautiful. Costa Rica is a special place with wonderful people. We used to vacation in Mexico often, but the extra hour on the plane is well worth it. We will be back....soon I hope."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
