  • Amazing vacation home!

"We had a spectacular vacation in Costa Rica! We traveled with another couple and it was the first time to Costa Rica for all of us (and definitely won't be the last). The condo was in excellent condition - very clean, included every appliance and utensil you could think of and was just as impressive in person as the photos and description. Waking up every morning to that spectacular view was one of the highlights. We probably spent more time outside on the patio than we did inside. Daryl, the property manager, was so pleasant and welcoming. His knowledge of the area, attractions, restaurants and shops was most appreciated. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Hermosa or the Coco area. We were so sad to leave but will definitely visit again!"

  • A-MAZ-ING

"I can't say enough about our wonderful vacation to Costa Rica and the fabulous experience with Casa Ola Perfecta. Not only is the house and location perfect, you get a fabulous friend in Mary to help with your every need. We spent the majority of our time at "sandy beach" with the kiddos (ages 4, 7 & 9) while my sweet husband was able to surf the much raved about Playa Negra break several times a day, every day. I could relax on the gorgeous beach while watching the kids play in the gentle surf AND watch my husband catch some great rides just 200 yards away. Perfection!! One afternoon the kids and I swam while watching my husband surf. Yep, that's right. We watched him catch wave after wave from the amazing infinity pool. The house is gorgeous, the view is out of this world and the outdoor kitchen and pool were heavenly! The town is small but we enjoyed that. We weren't looking for a bustling tourist town. We loved the bread/pastry truck and fish truck that come straight to your door. No need to leave town. Mary's recommendations were spot on. We attempted a meal out at a place not on her list of recommendations and we were sadly let down. Lesson learned ... Listen to Mary! The guards at the gate were super friendly and never once did we not feel safe. The house was very family friendly and had lots of board games and even an Xbox for the kids. We can't think of one negative point to mention other than 8 nights just wasn't long enough! ;) We can't wait to come back again to Costa Rica and Casa OP. Pura Vida!! Top fav local points to mention: Restaurant Latinos (Patacones!!) Gelato at Playa Negra Hotel Custom made bikinis by Marvel Restaurant Buena Vida (great pizza!!)"

  • Wonderful Beachfront Condo In Tamarindo

"We loved the condo. Location on the beach is wonderful and ocean view is incredible, and downtown Tamarindo was just a short walk down the beach. Everything was as good or better than expected, with the exception of the master bedroom air conditioner, which operated somewhat erratically, in the sense that some times the room would be too warm (warmer than other rooms in the house), yet other times it cooled fine. Also, it was strange that the housekeeping service showed up on Thursday, just a day and a half before we were scheduled to leave. It seems that they should have shown up about halfway through the trip in order to be of any benefit to us. By cleaning on Thursday, they probably had to come in again on Saturday to prepare for the next guests. We will definitely consider the condo again for our next trip."

  • Great House

"We really enjoyed the stay at Casa de las Olas. It was in the perfect location...being so close to the beach, and just out of the noise and traffic of Tamarindo, but yet close enough to walk down for dinner or other activities. My three year old loved the hammocks, outdoor showers and futon for watching TV. The wife thinks that with the included bikes, that we don't need to rent a car next time. That remains to be determined. Best vacation in a long time. Definitely will be returning."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
