"My wife and I decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Costa Rica and we were not disappointed. The Condo overlooks the bay and from sunrise to sunset it is a picturesque sight. The temperatures hit 40 degrees while we were there, but the air conditioners kept the condo a cool place to escape the heat when necessary. The closeness of restaurants to the condo was a plus but I advise visitors to rent a vehicle if you want to see sights...but if your looking for downtime with sun and peace/quiet you can't find anywhere better. We will be going back soon...it was that much fun!!!"

  • A Little Piece of Paradise

"We loved staying at the Beach House. Paige was so much help, giving us suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area. It was such a quick walk to a great beach to enjoy the sunsets. Enduardo was very responsive to any issues we had and also helped me with the phone number for the Sibu Wildlife Sancturary. Vicki & Steve Coan, who operate Sibu, are amazing people. They rescue and rehabilitate baby monkeys who are orphaned raise them to be released back into the wild. Most of the babies were orpaned when their mother's were electricuted on the uninsulated power lines & transformers. Vicki is also working with the electrical utility company to try to get these insulated. It is only a 15 minute drive from the house, just past Santa Marta. Even if you can't go there, they have a website where you can see the babies and make a donation, if you would like to. The Nosara area is so much better than being in a busy tourist area. The rough dirt roads are well worth it to stay there. I would definitely recommend it to our friends!"

  • A-MAZ-ING

"I can't say enough about our wonderful vacation to Costa Rica and the fabulous experience with Casa Ola Perfecta. Not only is the house and location perfect, you get a fabulous friend in Mary to help with your every need. We spent the majority of our time at "sandy beach" with the kiddos (ages 4, 7 & 9) while my sweet husband was able to surf the much raved about Playa Negra break several times a day, every day. I could relax on the gorgeous beach while watching the kids play in the gentle surf AND watch my husband catch some great rides just 200 yards away. Perfection!! One afternoon the kids and I swam while watching my husband surf. Yep, that's right. We watched him catch wave after wave from the amazing infinity pool. The house is gorgeous, the view is out of this world and the outdoor kitchen and pool were heavenly! The town is small but we enjoyed that. We weren't looking for a bustling tourist town. We loved the bread/pastry truck and fish truck that come straight to your door. No need to leave town. Mary's recommendations were spot on. We attempted a meal out at a place not on her list of recommendations and we were sadly let down. Lesson learned ... Listen to Mary! The guards at the gate were super friendly and never once did we not feel safe. The house was very family friendly and had lots of board games and even an Xbox for the kids. We can't think of one negative point to mention other than 8 nights just wasn't long enough! ;) We can't wait to come back again to Costa Rica and Casa OP. Pura Vida!! Top fav local points to mention: Restaurant Latinos (Patacones!!) Gelato at Playa Negra Hotel Custom made bikinis by Marvel Restaurant Buena Vida (great pizza!!)"

"just visited Costa Rica with 7 of my friends. We stayed at casa bali for 10 days traveling from phoenix Arizona U.S.A. we had an amazing time and the house fit all 7 of us comfortably. the outdoor space with the pool is great. The kitchen is very well equipped and comes in handy and having a washer and dryer available at all times is a plus. It is perfectly located in walking distance from the beach but also a very short drive from Tamarindo. Christi was great with directions and quick to respond to any questions we had and the house keeper Lazaro is also very helpful and friendly both at just a phone call away. We are missing the monkey noises in the morning and the iguanas in our front yard we will be sure to visit casa bali again."

Guanacaste Travel Tips

Guanacaste Beach Rentals Give You the Real Costa Rica

If you are looking for long summer days on beautiful coastlines, Guanacaste beach rentals are for you. Vacations in Costa Rica can be filled with activities, sun, and sand. Enjoy the stunning shoreline, top-notch surfing, snorkeling, and so much more when you stay at Guanacaste resorts. The province is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family or the ideal spot for a romantic honeymoon.

Breathtaking Vistas within the Guanacaste Resorts Regions

All along the eastern borders of the province you will find a chain of volcanoes, many of which are visible from some Guanacaste beach rentals. The volcanoes meet the Cordillera de Tilaran and Cordillera de Guanacaste mountain ranges and offer plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and other high elevation activities. The views in this region are particularly breathtaking, especially when you reach Rincon de la Vieja Volcano Area with its lush forests filled with exotic plants and animals. No one ever said vacations in Costa Rica would not be gorgeous!

Vacations in Costa Rica Offer a Little Culture

As you plan your stay in Guanacaste resorts, you might appreciate learning a little bit about the local culture. The region is rich in culture and even takes its name from the word “quahnacaztlan” which is actually the word for the Guanacaste tree in the native language. This tree also happens to be the national tree of the country. Vacations here, especially those at Guanacaste beach rentals, will allow you the opportunity to see what the real Costa Rica is all about.

The Best Way to Reach Your Guanacaste Beach Rentals

Because it is a foreign country, vacations in Costa Rica do take some planning. The easiest way to reach Guanacaste resorts is to fly into Liberia and land at the Daniel Oduber International Airport. From the airport, you may either rent a car or take a bus through Guanacaste up the Pan-American Highway which is quite scenic. You will even catch a glimpse of the volcanoes on your way.
