"Our trip to CR was full of adventure including daily surf only 25 mins away. This is a perfect location to be close to a great town and yet escape to Costa Ricas true beauty. The house location has amazing views of the pacific coast. One of are favorite things about CR are the local people and there outlook on life. Thanks to Kelie and Nora who made are stay that much better. If you like to relax this place is for you."

"Our group of 16 friends stayed at Blue Macaw a few weeks ago for a bachelor party trip and loved everything about this place. The layout and grounds were perfect, the beachfront access was great, the pool is huge, and the service from the Jaco VIP staff went far beyond our expectations. We never had any problems partying hard and loud or just relaxing and recovering. Privacy was a big concern for us when we booked this and we had plenty of it the whole time we were there. It is very close to the center of Jaco and all the action and party scene. A little too far too walk to town, but a real fast and real cheap taxi ride in either direction. You couldn't ask for a better location, right on the beach, private and secure, and close to everything fun."

"My mom and I spent 8 days in this condo. The grounds are beautiful and the condo complex itself is very quiet. The pool was never crowded and the various employees were always nice and accommodating. The main downtown area of Jaco is about a mile, but it stretches on for a ways. We ended up renting a car and are glad we did since we spent a lot of time at Jaco Beach. It would not have been a fun walk back to the condo after a long day at the beach (plus we brought chairs so we would not have to pay each day for the ones set up at the beach). My only complaint about the condo is that it is right next to another hotel that is quite popular in the evenings. I am not a night owl and go to bed early and the music was loud, but it wasn't too bad since it was music rather than loud talking or shouting. Also, the pans are a little dated. I was a little disappointed to realize after buying all the ingredients that making an omelet was out of the question due to a poor quality pan. However, I definitely would recommend this condo! The owner Joanne was amazing when it came to communication and keeping me informed!"

"My husband and I escaped the East Coast winter at the Monte Carlo in Jaco Beach. What a find! The 2-bedroom condo was beautifully appointed and a comfortable home away from home for 5 weeks. The beach, shopping and restaurants are short stroll away, but what made our stay special was the wonderful staff! We hope to return next year to this little gem."
