A little slice of Heaven
"This was a wonderful property. Carlos met us in Quepos and took us to the property, which was a real blessing. The property was well maintained and very nice. The pool was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the rain forest. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The housekeeping mid week, was a pleasant surprise. We had zero problems, and thoroughly loved our experience."

"We rented the top two units at Villa Azul and it was exactly what we wanted, and better than we expected. The units are very spacious and perfect for two couples or six people. The covered decks are wonderful places to sit and take in the views and the jacuzzi is perfect for watching the sunset. We also made good use of the new pool. The location is convenient to everything.
Jean is the perfect host. He can book all of your tours, and will give great recommendations on where to eat.
I can't imagine finding a better spot to stay."

"Our family, including 2 teen girls and my mother, enjoyed our week at this beautiful secluded air-conditioned rental home up in the hills of Costa Rica. A 4x4 is a MUST to get up the dirt/rocky hills, but we all thought that was part of the adventure. If you like to be right in the middle of all the action, then this is probably not for you, but my family loved it. We all enjoyed adventures each day in nearby Quepos/Manuel Antonio and then returned for a swim in the pool to watch the sunset before heading out again for dinner or making dinner at the house. It is at least a 15 minute trip to get to Quepos and about 5 minutes of it is on a dirt road through African Palm Trees. The home is located in a gated area, but you literally can't see another home from it. It has beautiful views and off to the far south, you can see the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The people that manage the home live nearby and were very helpful in getting us to the home and helping us locate good restaurants. As with all homes, there were a few very minor things that the owner needs to fix, but none of it was really a big deal. (The dishwasher ran loudly, there were some scratchy animal noises in the vents, and the wood around the pool needs to be replaced.) The home is very clean and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Also, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with via phone/email prior to our visit. We would definitely stay again. We heard about a good adventure even further up the mountain that we didn't get to try, but hear is good."

Most friendly hotel I have ever been to in my life.
"This is definitely a place for family. It's amazing to see how the hotel and nature lives together. Aside the awesome view, what makes me happy most was the staff. It truly feels like everyone in the resort have their customers at heart. We had our own concierge, Andres - super helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver, Willy was sooooo amazing, he talked to us and showed us wildlife even just for a 1 minute drive. Kiskadee was gorgeous and so well kept. Everything was so comfortable. From the service to the casa, to the wildlife, to the private beach, it was just a great experience.
The only drawback that I have is I didn't book longer to stay in Tulemar"
