"This was our second time at Casa Carolina and it won't be our last. This is a beautiful property and the staff is excellent. The house is located in between Quepos and Manuel Antonio and activities and restaurants are just a short distance away. Willie arranged Zip line, ATV tours, fishing and even a Birthday Party for one of the friends that traveled with us. Everyone had a blast. We will be back....."

"Our family, including 2 teen girls and my mother, enjoyed our week at this beautiful secluded air-conditioned rental home up in the hills of Costa Rica. A 4x4 is a MUST to get up the dirt/rocky hills, but we all thought that was part of the adventure. If you like to be right in the middle of all the action, then this is probably not for you, but my family loved it. We all enjoyed adventures each day in nearby Quepos/Manuel Antonio and then returned for a swim in the pool to watch the sunset before heading out again for dinner or making dinner at the house. It is at least a 15 minute trip to get to Quepos and about 5 minutes of it is on a dirt road through African Palm Trees. The home is located in a gated area, but you literally can't see another home from it. It has beautiful views and off to the far south, you can see the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The people that manage the home live nearby and were very helpful in getting us to the home and helping us locate good restaurants. As with all homes, there were a few very minor things that the owner needs to fix, but none of it was really a big deal. (The dishwasher ran loudly, there were some scratchy animal noises in the vents, and the wood around the pool needs to be replaced.) The home is very clean and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Also, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with via phone/email prior to our visit. We would definitely stay again. We heard about a good adventure even further up the mountain that we didn't get to try, but hear is good."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this little apartment. The owners are extremely helpful and eager to offer suggestions. They have made our stay a wonderful experience. We only had two full days in the area but we enjoyed every minute of it. The flowers and wildlife in the garden are amazing, so were our excursions in the area to zipline and visit Manuel Antonio National Park. We would love to come back some day..."

"We were a family of 5, and the bungalow accommodated us perfectly! The views were beautiful and Julie from Green Coast Rentals was very easy to work with. Our favorite part of Tulemar was the private beach - absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful sunsets, boogie boards, kayaks, friendly helpful staff. I would absolutely recommend Tulemar to anyone - families, couples and singles."
