  • Paradise

"The property is amazingly beautiful and the owners could not be better people. Our best days were doing activities recommended by the host. Our children did not want to leave! Casa trogon has two bedrooms and one bath with daily maid service. We cooked several full meals in our kitchen and played lazily on the porch in the pool and in the hammock. The owner has amazing koi ponds and even let our children hand feed them one afternoon. We saw a huge variety of birds, butterflies, and monkeys even travelled through one early afternoon. We could not have asked for a better experience!"

  • Absolute paradise!

"Casa Frangipani was amazing. Every detail is taken care of very meticulously, so you arrive and you feel at home. The villas are wonderful and spacious, with a very cozy decoration and an architectural style that is in perfect harmony. The staff at the property is always very helpful. I would recommend the place for any type of vacation, especially in groups, because of the intimate feeling you have inside the property. It'll be hard to stay at a regular hotel anywhere after this experience."

  • Tranquil and Relaxing

"We stayed at Las Rocas for two weeks with our 3 year old son and absolutely loved it. It is very private, lush, and beautiful. I loved listening to rain hit the roof at night (it was the rainy season) and to the waves crash against the rocks all day. The property is pretty expansive, and our son had no trouble entertaining himself on the grounds. There is a gravel driveway large enough to kick the soccer ball around or play Frisbee, two hammocks to swing on, lava rock, rivers, and beaches to explore, and a large rock formation on the property where we would see how many iguanas we could find (seven at once was our record). The wildlife variety did not disappoint, yet it felt miraculously bug-free given the nightly rains. They house itself is very charming, and has everything you need. It was incredibly peaceful, and just being there is by far my best memory of Costa Rica. I also want to put in a good word for the local property manager Leanne who was beyond warm, welcoming, and helpful."

  • Just another day in paradise

"That's the best way to have a vacation in Costa Rica: In a magnificent Villa overlooking the forest and the Pacific ocean. You arrived at the house, greeted by a very sympathetic Peter that shows you all the functionalities and then you arrived at the porch and then WOW what a view!! The house is beautiful, did I mention the view?! very practical, totally comfortable, close to the beautiful village of Montezuma. The house has all that is needed. You just have to go to the market, buy fish directly from the Fishermen's house, enjoy the view and all the activities in the area. Beaches, parks, restaurants, wildlife, etc. Thank you Peter for your precious advice, professionnalism and generosity. Thank you Mike for the opportunity for my spouse and I to have enjoyed such a beautiful place. Will come back with the kids for sure."
