  • Beautiful condo and view

"We stayed for 2 weeks in February at Paloma Blanca unit J2, which is a modern, spacious, well equipped second story condo, and absolutely loved it. It has a large balcony with a spectacular view overlooking beautiful Jaco Beach, where we sat in rocking chairs, ate several meals, and watched incredible sunsets. The entrance to the condo complex is literally 15 feet from the beach. There are also 3 freshwater swimming pools of varying sizes on the property, all close by. The largest pool area includes a barbecue grill and table, in a covered area, for use by guests. Inside, the condo can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, with good sized bedrooms, large showers, and a spacious kitchen/living room area. We walked into town several times, approx. a mile away, or took a cab for about $3. A local farmers market, with lots of fresh fruits and veggies, is held on Fridays, a half mile away. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and hope to return. We want to thank Faith, our condo coordinator who answered so many of our questions by email prior to our commitment, and many thereafter cheerfully and in a timely manner. We thank Dan Jenkins who drove us the hour and a half from the Jan Jose airport, and took us on several excursions for very reasonable prices. Book him, he is a wealth of information and an all-around nice guy. You definitely can't go wrong with this rental or these people."

  • Excellent Vacation!!

"Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo is close to everything and had everything we needed. We BBQ'd at night by the pool while the kids were swimming. Saw tons of Macaws and iguanas. We cannot wait to go back!"

  • Fabulous Villa Titi

"Just finished up a month at Villa Titi where we rented both floors. From beginning to end it was the perfect trip. John was very easy to deal with and answered all inquiries promptly. When we arrived the check-in went smoothly and the place was even nicer than we expected. It's extremely clean and very well maintained which is quite the challenge in the tropics. The cleaning lady came every other day which was another great perk. If you rent both floors it's ideal for two couples that want to holiday together yet still have privacy with their own bedroom, bathroom and terrace. From the terrace, we saw three types of monkeys, iguanas, morpho butterflies, agoutis and a variety of interesting birds. The units are very well laid out and each comes with a TV. The Wi-Fi worked reliably and we used it for internet phone calls. Although each floor has its own air conditioner, we opted to open the windows and enjoy the breezes. If we wanted cold we could have stayed in Canada!! Rosa is the manager of the unit and was a delight in every way. If you need anything from side trips, restaurant recommendations or transportation to the airport she'll arrange things and you'll not have to worry. The location of the villa is perfect for getting to the beach, restaurants, ATMs and mini-supermarket. The beach is spectacular and you have the option of renting chairs or walking down the beach to find your own piece of paradise in the sun or shade. It's worth taking a day and going to the Manual Antonio National Park. If you like a quieter beach with very small waves I would recommend Biesanz beach. The grounds of the property are beautiful and include three pools. If you're looking for local grocery stores and restaurants head to Quepos. The bus stop is right in front of the complex and costs about sixty cents for a one-way trip. The typical dinner of Costa Ricans is the "casado", which contains either fish, chicken or beef with rice, beans, vegetables and salad. At Soda Sanchez that will cost you about $5.00. For a real local experience, head to Club Banana where Friday night dinner and Karaoke with a bunch of locals is quite fun. Each unit has its own safe which was another plus. There is a new marina with a couple of restaurants which is worth a visit. Also, if you are around on Friday night or Saturday morning, head to the market on the waterfront in Quepos. You can buy lots of fresh produce, cheese and bakery items. The Mennonites make an amazin"

  • Dominical

"Very nice house, amazing views. House was in good shape. Would visit again or recommend, as long as you have a car that can go up a semi-steep hill, that is not paved. Thanks for all!"
