"Not that this property needs any more 5 star ratings but you'd be hard pressed to find a better vacation rental property than this. It is actually better in person than the pictures depicted on the VRBO website. Yves was a gracious host, available when needed but otherwise totally unobtrusive. The house is perfectly sized for 4 people (2 couples in our case) but would also be appropriate for a single couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family of 4 with older children. For those looking for a hopping nightlife or in your face daytime activities Uvita and the surrounding area may seem a little sleepy, but part of the charm of the area we found was meeting local residents and through them discovering places and activities that we would otherwise not have known about. This is an area and a house that we would love to visit again and can highly recommend."

"We spent an amazing week here on our first trip to costa rica. Loved the location overlooking the pool and beach. Lots of meals, coffee and happy hours on the veranda. The beds were very comfortable.
Used the taxis to get into downtown Jaco (2 dollars). Also an easy walk if not too hot. Walking the beach was a favorite morning activity. Tres Regalos was one of the best condos that we were able to compare with other units along beach. Much quieter than most and everyone at the pool was very friendly and informative. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel very well cared for. The entire complex was immaculate.
Sosan was very helpful and easy to communicate with. She checked in on us to make sure we were happy and settled in.
Loved seeing the Maccaws visit. Would definitely love to stay here again."

"My wife and I spent a week in this lovely house and we were more than pleased. The onsite managers, Greg and Arlene, were excellent. Indeed, they went beyond the call to make sure all our needs were met. The owner, Bob , was quick to answer all our questions and provided more than enough information to get us started on one of the best trips we ever had. The house itself was clean, well designed, and comfortable. The kitchen allowed us an opportunity to prepare our own meals which we did 95% of the time. The air conditioning was very functional. There is absolutely no need to leave it on when you go about your daily exploring as it takes less than 15 min to cool the house down.
This is a great location for exploring the surrounding area. The local beach is simply beautiful and we made a point to start each morning with a beach walk and close each evening with a sunset stroll. The midday temperatures were a bit too high for us but that isn't to say the "sun catchers" wouldn't enjoy them. The house is located in an enclosed community with a professional ,friendly, security guard. The onsite swimming pool was an added bonus which we used "every" day. Nestled among the flowering shrubs with birds chirping from every corner leaves one pondering " Is there really snow elsewhere, Oh my , what a pity !!!"
Hiking from this location proved ideal and we noted the more research one does the better chances you have of finding trails that suites your taste. Personally, I found Manuel Antonio too crowded and expensive although my wife liked it. On the other hand exploring the Hacienda Baru National Wildlife Reserve was an absolute treat. You won't go wrong if you take an afternoon to explore the nearby town of Parrita, a great place to people watch and experience everyday life in a Tico town. Jaco is also worth exploring as we found the people both friendly and helpful. One chap spent 20 min assisting me with obtaining a phone card and refused a tip for his efforts. The drive along the coastal road is beautiful, and full of wonderful images ie A mother and son sharing a laugh from a vintage bicycle with a basket full of groceries!!
In summary I have no reservations recommending this lovely home. If your looking for a clean, well situated, safe vacation spot, look no further. You are in good hands."

"The facility itself was very nice and clean. My son got stung by a bee and had a reaction~ the staff was extremely helpful and came to check on him afterward. It was truly appreciated!
The condo was very nice and perfectly clean. We couldn't find the Xbox, but I was secretly grateful. Who needs it with the beautiful pool and beach so close by. The owner is also extremely nice and quick to respond to emails. Thank you for a great stay!"
