"Thank you Tim,
Having spent past several years going south and cruising I must say that we have never experienced anything quite like your lovely home and the beauty of Hermosa Palms. The home itself is well laid out and very comfortable. The only issue we had was with a sink drain and that was handled promptly. This community is truly a magical place with a monkey to eat from your hands in the back yard to the beautiful macaws making thier daily 3.30 pm flight around the pool. We had coffee every morning around 6.30 am at the tiki hut poolside looking out over a spectacular beach scene. Days spent exploring the country side and evenings on the beach applauding the most glorious sunsets. It truly is that beautiful.. The people that we met there were mostly resident owners but without exception they made us feel very welcome. I can not say enough about our personal experience. Be aware though that this may be habit forming, as we were making plans for a return before we left. Perhaps an extended stay of lets say a month next time. What do you think Tim, can you part with this little slice of heaven for that long for us?
Again many thanks
We look forawrd to our return.
Harold & Janet"

"We spent a month overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The villa was perfect, exactly as described.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, better than could have hoped for. The pool....heaven!!
The restaurants in the area were all fantastic, we loved every meal out. Our favorites, The Dome (uvita), Jolly Roger ( Dominical) and in Ojochal Mama e Papa's, Citrus, Coranado, and the Tilapia Farm. We stayed busy with so many excursions: Osa zip line, Cano island snorkeling, ATV ride, horseback ride to waterfalls, and snorkeling near The Whale's Tail....there is so much to or relaxing at the villa listening to the waves in the distance.
Kumari was so incredible, making sure our stay was perfect, she is one of those rare gems that always shines and makes those near feel warm and welcomed.
We are looking forward to our next trip to Costa Rica and would love to return to Jardin Del Pacifico!! Thank you so much for sharing your exquisite home with us!!"

"Having rented homes in numerous parts of Costa Rica before we were looking forward to trying a new area. Santa Teresa is a delightful town and a wonderful place to hang out. Maison Marazul is everything it appears to be on the website. The home itself could not be nicer and indeed the photos do portray an honest reflection of what you get (and will love!).
The owner/management team were very straightforward and easy to deal with in the transaction....no curveballs at all from them and all payments/refunds etc were handled in an honest and efficient manner.
In summary I would highly recommend this home...you will not be disappointed."

"What can I say that hasn't already been said? You won't be disappointed!
I honestly don't think you can find a better property in a better location close to Jaco for the money. If I had to try to come up with something negative to say about this place though I guess I would say that Tom didn't offer to let me stay for FREE... Obviously I'm joking, but there really isn't anything negative to say. The air conditioning WORKED the ENTIRE time I was there (if you vacation in Costa Rica much then you get my drift). The HOT water worked the entire time I was there.
Oh, I almost forgot, the dryer was broke on our arrival (but I wouldn't have used it anyway, so it was a none issue for me) so there you go, if I absolutely had to find something negative then that would have to be it...
They have a local laundry where I took my clothes & had them cleaned & bagged for like $6.00 because I was on vacation & I absolutely refuse to do laundry on vacation...
but if you feel compelled to do your own laundry then the house does have a washer & dryer & I would bet almost anything that the dryer has already been fixed."
