"We've made 5 trips to Costa Rica; renting casa through VRBO every year. This year was the best place we've ever stayed at!! It's a beautiful casa with everything you could ask for and more. It's very secure, within walking distance to Jaco & it's busy, fun Playa yet far enough away that we got to take in the beauty that surrounded us. We just loved it Tom. The A/C was a huge plus for us and having a washer/dryer was great to be able to go home with all clean clothes. For years I've had to deal with "solar drying". The dryer wasn't working but we found it was only a breaker. Abner is the property manager that gave us the keys upon arrival at the airport; he lives in San Jose` so you might be better served, if you want to do tours etc., to use the tour center in the heart of Jaco. We have always used Zuma for our transportation to and from our casas and car rental; Warren, Reggie, Carlos have been fantastic for us. Jaco itself has gone from a place we would never stay to a place we can't wait to get back to. The Playa has been improved every year, cleaned up - now with playground equipment and life guards. It's such a pleasure to be able to cook your own meals and Casa Tranquila has the best grill area and the outside patio has 2 fans. Awesome grill!!! We bought fresh sea bass in Tarcoles (where we have usually stayed & it's gone downhill in upkeep over the years); had many meals out under the patio. Went to Tacobar several times & brought home ceviche to eat at "our casa". The Wi-Fi never failed. We never experienced the flooding we did in the casa we rented in years past. This property is very secure all the way around. The pool is just beautiful and tranquil & the outside shower is so nice. Neighbor Jason even gave me fresh eggs from his chickens! This casa is huge!! It was only my husband and I and surf board rented from Chuck's WOW; that board had its own room LOL. We loved all the TV's too & it seemed to us there were more channels to choose from. The beautiful fountain provided a soothing sound & brought birds from all over. There were severe rain storms 2 nights before we left but we weren't worried that the roof would come off like years past! Thank you Tom for allowing us to stay in tranquility at your beautiful casa. We will be back to Costa Rica next year & can only hope Casa Tranquil will be available for us again. This is the spot!! We're so glad we found it. You need not look any further if you're reading this."

"Imagine paradise, now imagine your home in Paradise; Casa Bella Vista! The Villa is nestled in the jungle high above the rest of Manuel Antonio, but within walking distance to restaurants, stores and an ATM. A bit of a trek to the beach but doable or a quick taxi ride with a great payoff, awesome beaches and fun restaurants with ceviche and plenty of beer or the local drink cacique.
When we got to CBV we were greeted by the wonderful smile and warm welcome of our gracious and generous host/concierge Sani Teni. We had arranged all our tours and activities in advance with Sani. All our activities were 1st class and made our stay effortless and exceptional.
CBV includes, Sani, our guard Coco who alerted us to all visiting and resident animals. 3 resident sloths, mamma, baby and male,
toucans, other birds, troops of Spider, White Face and Howler monkeys, lizards and frogs to name the coolest animals that came by.
We had maid service daily, laundry service and a chef by request. We had an amazing dinner elegantly prepared and served on our beautiful patio overlooking the infinity pool that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The picture cannot do justice to the serene and exquisite view.
Our group of 8 recommend the Villa and the immense expertise of Sani."

"Our stay at Villa Kristina Maria was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 included three generations including twin 15 month-old girls. Careful placement of furniture made the place baby friendly and safe. We all enjoyed the pool which is nothing short of spectacular with its waterfall and gorgeous plantings. We expected it to be the center of activity for our one week stay with many side attractions to explore. It turned out that we spent almost the whole time at the Villa and rarely left. The bird watching was the best right from the front porch. Watching the storms come trough over the ocean was great entertainment in itself. We did lose power a number of times which we found out is fairly normal. It was never off for very long but we had to plan ahead with candles at the ready. It just added to the adventure. Speaking of adventure the driveway down to the house could double as a ski jump and gave everyone a small thrill every time we drove it. Put it all together and it is a fantastic place to stay and just hang out in the jungle. There is lots to do in the area but you may find that the best attraction is the Villa itself."

"We had the best time at Olas Hermosa! Dave and Deb were more than gracious. Their place is a little piece of heaven -- perfectly described - such glorious views and close to everything you could need and more. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time visiting with this amazing couple who are so full of energy and delight in sharing all they know about Dominical, Costa Rica and traveling in general. We'll be back!!"
