"Let me first start off by saying that if you've never taken a beach vacation or prefer the hustle and bustle this may not be the location for you. I'll admit that it took me a few days to acclimate to how secluded we were at this rental. The 10 min. walk to Cabuya brings you to two restaurants and then another short walk gives you another restaurant, panadera, souvenir shop. The bus ride takes you to Montezuma, which is another small beach town but with more going on there.
With that said, the property itself is beautiful. The beach house makes you truly feel like you're part of the Robinson family. I loved the open-air concept of the dining and living room area. The short walk to the beach gives you your own private little area to sit and hang out. Be forewarned, there's a lot of hermit crabs! More than I've ever seen in my life! My husband and 5 year old daughter loved taking the kayak out into the calm waters. My husband also loved taking the bike and going around the area. The hammock was my favorite spot to hang out with my 3 year old. Melissa, the caretaker, is super nice and leaves you be to enjoy the surroundings. Her two dogs and cat became part of the family. The kids loved playing with Lucky and Blackie. Having them there actually made me feel less lonely. They were always by our sides. We enjoyed cooking dinner at the house but we spent our lunches at Hotel Celaje about a 5 min. walk from the house. They served a variety of delicious food AND allowed you access to their pool with your food purchase. Our kids were happy campers. Overall, I thought the house and area was beautiful. My husband ended up loving it so much he was open to the idea of returning if we ever found our way back here."

"We stayed a week mid-February. If you want a condo on Jaco, this is a very good choice. The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. We could go to bed early and never were disturbed by noise. The view from the main area beautiful and the location on the beach very nice as it is not crowed at all. Diamente Del Sol is on the beach in downtown Jaco, so there is no real need for a car for shopping and going out to eat. We rented a car in San Jose as we knew we wanted to drive to Quepos and Playa Herredura for fishing etc. If we had it to do over we would have taken the shuttle from the airport and rented a car in Jaco as needed. Jaco is not very large, consisting of a main street and a block or 2 up or down from the main street. The Diamente Del Sol is about midway on the beach, a bit to the north. The south part of the beach is the best swimming, but is also the older part of town (with an area for sale, building torn down but graffiti wall fence) and more locals and surfers come to the beach and park their cars on the beach as the rip tide is less so swimming a surfing is better (All beaches are public in Costa Rica.) We thought it nicer to be north. The pool and first floor is constructed so it is several feet above the beach level. This is very nice as when there is a car on the beach, one‘s view from the pool is mostly over the car and looking at the remainder of the beach, the palms and the ocean. Diamente Del Sol is made up of 2 towers. The 2 bedroom units are all the center unit with a 3 bedroom unit on either side. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor. The view was lovely with the beach, palms and ocean. I agree with other reviewers if you have a 3 bedroom unit, you want to be at least on the 4th or 5th floor so you can see thru the thick palms, vegetation or buildings on the sides. The 3 bedroom units also have side views. The view from the back is not as appealing as the beach. One downside is the 2 bedroom units have both bedrooms at the back which face into the open hallway. One can see thru the open air hallway to the back of the condo, but if either neighbor walked out of their condo they could see into the bedroom…so one keeps the drapes closed. Note, not a big deal but nice to know, the condo comes with bare minimum supplies.. one hotel size soap in the 3 bathrooms,1 hotel size shampoo in 2 bathrooms, one dishwasher soap pellet, 2 kitchen trash bags, one sponge and surprisingly an ample supply of hand dishwashing"

"This was truly an exceptional vacation. HRG Properties & Rentals did an excellent job finding the perfect rental. Our condo was beautifully appointed with a view and all the necessary amenities. The Los Suenos Resort was a tropical paradise with well maintained grounds and sparkling pools.
HRG was very attentive to our needs and beyond their duties to make sure we had the perfect stay at Los Suenos. I highly recommend using HGR. I will be back and I will use HGR."

"If you are seeking a perfect place for a tropical beach vacation, the sand, the surf, the beautiful sunsets, estuary viewed with an expertly made coconut water mixed ( all you can drink coconuts) drink in hand, then Moon Rosie is the place for you. My Friends and I recently stayed and had an amazing time!
Our day would always start with coffee, very good Costa Rican blended, on our balcony over looking the ocean and the mountains in the back round. We would watch the sun rise over Playa Seco, all the birds, monkeys, and crabs arriving in the early morning, and generally livening up the beach front. We were satisfied with playing in and around the beach, swimming, boogie boarding in the ocean, The other half the time we took tours, thoroughly enjoying some of the adventures and natural beauty Costa Rica does seem to have in abundance. Awesome restaurants, pools & shopping near by. If you want peace and quiet! This is the place for you!
We miss our adopted dog Chico lol. We really think its the neighbors dog, but he hung out with us the whole time. Woody was awesome! Anything we needed assistance on was, he was right there! You must Check out his Parrot!
Manuel Antonio is only 40min Drive!
I will be back!
Thank you Kenny & Woody"
