  • Perfect Getaway!

"My husband and I went to Costa Rica for our Honeymoon. We had the pleasure of staying in Casa Escondida for a whole week. I can not say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved how open the house was with all the windows and doors. We stayed here for a week and then decided to travel for another week. I wish we stayed here the whole time instead. We met Ricardo(the caretaker) and spent a lot of time with him. He made our stay such a great experience. He took us to do so many things. We barely understood him and he barely understood us but it didn't matter....we made it work. It was nice to just lay in the hammocks outside with a couple of beers and just watch the Tucans and listen to all the sounds of wildlife all around. My husband and I aren't really in to doing a lot of Touristy stuff and this was the place to just sit back, relax, surf etc.... I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a home away from home! :)"

  • Exclusive, pretty, great views, no beach to swim.

"Very nice condos, bigger and better that we expected and very good service from the HRG girls who gave us the keys. We were a bit dissapointed with the beach which was in the beach club across the street from our room, because it was just for a nice view but not to swim. I recommend this for families who want to spend the whole day in the pool, not much else do."

  • Fabulous Vacation at Linda and Michael's condo!

"Our family of four just returned from an awesome trip to Costa Rica. I did a lot of research to find a condo that would suit our needs. Linda and Michael's condo was exceptional. It was not only beautiful, but it was very comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. It was also located in the perfect location, close to town and on the property of a beautiful boutique hotel which had a pool, restaurant and spa. We were able to cook, they had a washer/dryer, 3 balconies overlooking the beautiful resort and a gorgeous view of sunsets over the pacific ocean! The air conditioning was amazing considering Costa Rica is quite hot. They had a DVD player that we used to watch movies, and they also have HBO which is in English. In addition the condo has wifi, which allowed us to use our computers, ipads, etc. What is even more special is that the condo comes with a concierge named Alex, who helped us book our excursions, and did whatever else we needed to do. He recommended restaurants, and helped us to print out our boarding passes the day before we left. He's a really great guy, and it made our vacation simple and seamless! Going to Manuel Antonio was the best decision that we made. I researched Costa Rica for several months because there are so many places that you can visit and do things, but I feel that Manuel Antonio, has everything all in one place. They have beautiful beaches, rainforests, and lots of awesome excursions. We went ziplining through the canopy, scuba diving, hiking in Manuel Antonio park and saw all sorts of animals, ATV tours and a Jetski tour, but there is much more. What's nice about this area is that all these excursions are close by, whereas many other parts of Costa Rica you have to drive quite a distance to get to them. Our family rented a car, and it was easy to get from the airport in San Jose to Manuel Antonio that way. I had some reservations about driving, but it was not a problem and all the roads were paved and well marked. The restaurants in Manuel Antonio were quite good and all had magnificent views of the pacific. Our last day was a Friday and they have a great farmer's market in Quepos (just a few miles away). I highly recommend you do that, as it was the highlight of our trip. Just being with the locals and seeing what fabulous produce that they have was so much fun. We absolutely loved our trip, and plan to go back again someday. You can't go wrong here."
