Great Experience!!! A ++++++++++++++++++++++
"This was a wonderful experience for us. Raul the concierge catered to our every need and want. He was very attentive, and without him we would have been lost. He went above an beyond our expectations and truly made this a wonderful trip. The personal chef we hired for dinner was great and provided such a wonderful menu with several things to choose from. The villa is absolutely breathtaking, and the pictures do not fully depict how impeccable it truly is!!! Definitely a must see!"

"Casa Toucan is located in a beautiful canopy. The Toucans flying around, in the morning awakened with the Howler monkeys sounding like King Kong. They were swinging from branch to branch, eating along their way! New experience!!! The lizards in the house were cute chasing the insects on the ceiling. Speaking of insects, there were no mosquitoes, amazing! We had a visit from a hummingbird in the living room. We gently removed him, it chirped when released. I think it was a thank you!!! The layout of the house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was great, fairly hidden from the neighboring house. Since it was warm, it was perfect to jump in at all hours of the day or night! Everything was just perfect. The experience was fabulous, definitely a different type of vacation which I would repeat in a heartbeat."

"Our stay at Villa Kristina Maria was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 included three generations including twin 15 month-old girls. Careful placement of furniture made the place baby friendly and safe. We all enjoyed the pool which is nothing short of spectacular with its waterfall and gorgeous plantings. We expected it to be the center of activity for our one week stay with many side attractions to explore. It turned out that we spent almost the whole time at the Villa and rarely left. The bird watching was the best right from the front porch. Watching the storms come trough over the ocean was great entertainment in itself. We did lose power a number of times which we found out is fairly normal. It was never off for very long but we had to plan ahead with candles at the ready. It just added to the adventure. Speaking of adventure the driveway down to the house could double as a ski jump and gave everyone a small thrill every time we drove it. Put it all together and it is a fantastic place to stay and just hang out in the jungle. There is lots to do in the area but you may find that the best attraction is the Villa itself."

Much more than just a "Casita": wonderful hosts, outstanding home
"My wife an I enjoyed Semana Santa 2015 in La Casita. The place description is very accurate but you may need to be a novelist to transmit with words what the place and the hosts Joyce and Chan really make you feel.
The property and The Casita are a piece of art, so much welcoming. Joyce and Chan had taken care of every detail but specially the gardens full of Heliconias and all kinds of greens and colorful plants. Their gardener Gilberth is very smart and polite, easily recognizes every plant variety and kindly offers you to take home any "child" plant you like. Maria the maid cooks "gallo pinto" and fresh fruits for you every day. The drive up is only 300 ft, easy for any small or mid-size SUV or pick-up truck when it is dry, although you may need 4x4 if wet. It was a great "home-base" for us to enjoy the near-by Playa Uvita (Whale tale), Playa Ballena Beach Club Villa Leonor and Ojochal fine restaurants, we even took a quick 1-hr drive to Sierpe and enjoy an afternoon river boat tour. Come over and discover more on your own."
