"My wife and i arrived in CR for our honeymoon in SJO at 5:30a.m. Skeeter met us at the airport and took care of us every step of the way. We immediately felt cared for and safe with his guidance. I was so glad he was driving because traffic and the drivers are nuts and their are no signs once you leave the city. He took us to a few sites and then we had a fantastic Tico breakfast. The food in CR is amazing. don't listen to anyone who says otherwise. Upon arriving at the house, we were amazed at how beautiful the property and the house was. Breathtaking views and everything was extremely clean. The gardener/maintenance man Abel, left us freshly picked flowers when he heard it was our honeymoon. He also left us some fresh fruit picked on the property. We had complete privacy and the weather was perfect. 75 in the day and 65 at night. cloudy and stormy some of the time and a little sunny other times. Sunrises and sunsets that never get old and far surpass any tv show or movie that could be on. Whenever we need or wanted to go somewhere, Skeeter took us. Zip lining, the beach, the store, even Wal-mart for some comfort foods. If we ever return to CR (and i'm sure we will) will wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Skeeter, thank you for making our Honeymoon the best it could possibly be. Sean & Laura Brooks"Guest: Sean Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 2, 2014View listing
"The home is excellent! like a home away from home. 7 adults (3 couples and my son) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return! I highly recommend this home! Its very close to Town yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A vehicle is necessary, however a local bus stop is about a 15 minute walk Away. Again the house is excellent, you will love it. Thank you Susan and Diego!"Guest: Philip M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 16, 2014View listing
"I stayed at this Condo with my younger kids and my grandkids. They had a ball, the pool was wonderful and so was the play ground, they even had a see-saw haven't seen one of those in years. The owner was very attentive to power needs, everything we needed was provided, it was home away from home."Guest: Karla B. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 27, 2014View listing
"We had such an amazing stay at this quaint lodge in the cloud forest. The setting is incredible with a beautiful crystal clear river just in front of the home, and a cascading waterfall creek directly to the side. I don't think there are many places like this left on the planet that are not in National Parks. The lodge is comfortable with a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace that knocks the chill out of the air on the cool nights. The days are absolutely perfect with temperatures around 75 degrees F. There are so many amazing birds around the place, and we saw the magnificent Quetzal on 3 separate occasions. There are some great restaurants in the area ranging from $3-4 dollars a meal, all the way up to $20 at the nice eco-lodges down the road. There is an amazing waterfall just above the property if you follow the creek trail for about half a mile. There are no mosquitoes at all, so I am assuming the previous review is in regard to another property, as we found out that no ants, mosquitoes, or snakes live at this high of an elevation. It is over 7500 feet up in the mountains. This is one place that everyone should add to their "bucket list" as it is probably the most beautiful place we have ever visited!"Guest: Rob Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 19, 2014View listing
