Great Location and really cosy
"This house is perfectly located, right by the market and a short walk to the centre of Antigua. The house is cozy and comfortable with everything you need (from kitchen utensils to extra blankets). It is in a gated community and the neighbors are all really welcoming and kind which makes a big difference. We have 2 boys and they were always outside on their bikes.
Sandra comes everyday to do the house keeping and is always willing to help. All-in-all a great house in a great location with everything you need to enjoy your stay."

"Our family just returned from our son's wedding celebration in Antigua and were lucky enough to have reserved this amazing house. Set in a beautiful development, behind a gated wall, the home is simply spectacular. Jaws dropped as the wonderful owner toured us around. Great kitchen, wonderful outdoor seating and eating areas, pool, hot tub, sauna, workout area, office and just a massive master suite. We couldn't recommend this home more highly and thank the owners for making our stay there truly special. Antigua was great, the wedding was a smashing success, and the home was perfect for all eight of us! Thanks!"

"My wife and I stayed at Becky's apartment during a week of language school in early March; this well-furnished and comfortable apartment was a short walk from the market and no more than 20 minutes from the far side of Antigua. We loved the quiet, the views of Agua and the upper level patio where we spent every moment we could. Leonor, the housekeeper, was attentive and went out of her way to make sure that we had clothes for her to wash. Can think of only 2 negatives: the stairs without railing might be tough for someone with bad knees or hips, and a bar of soap in the shower would have been a nice touch. We would certainly consider staying in this apartment again if back in Antigua."

"My son and I roomed in the Don Pedro apartment for three weeks this last July. We found the location to be excellent; few blocks from the plaza but far enough from the center's noise. The staff, and especially David, the manager, made every effort to make our stay special and comfortable and provided us with extra kitchen gadgets since we did not want to eat out every night. (The kitchen is not fully equipped but you may ask to borrow what you need). They also provide their guests with airport shuttles and have a tour agency they can refer you to for travel around the country.
My son's wonderful Spanish academy, Ixchel Spanish School, is located two-and a half blocks away and so are several little shops nearby where you can buy many edibles including fresh made tortillas.
The security of the building complex made us feel secure throughout our stay and the apartment has a safe where to store valuables.
We will gladly stay again at El Marques de Antigua when we return to Antigua."
