"What more can I say that has not been said by the past guest? This place is simply amazing. The view itself will make your jaw drop. There was times when I woke up and it felt like you woke up in another part of history because the volcano and the serene waters make you feel like you are in a period where civilization did not exist. Pierre is a great host and I am amazed what his imagination has been able to do with the place, it truly is an escape and if you are looking for some relaxation this is the place to be. When you stay in Pasaj-cap you do not only rent the apartment which is simple, comfortable, with windows that make it seem like you're sleeping outside, but also all the wonderful green-space and the wonderful pier (great for taking a dip in the lake). Do not hesitate to book this location, you will not regret it."

"We enjoyed our time in Casa Colina, it was a home away from home. The views of the volcanoes were amazing. We loved getting on the lanchas and traveling around the villages. Maria who helped with cleaning and cooking was a wonderful addition to our stay...her meals were delicious! We also used the teachers (Maria and Gaspar) from the Eco School in San Juan who came to the house to teach Spanish. It was an unforgettable experience! Can't wait to visit again!"

"2 of us had been to the lake before, many times. This was our first stay at Pamakanya. The house is perfectly appointed for up to 9, no problem. We cooked 6 meals, kayaked, watched a movie on the projector at the house (HDMI cables included for MAC), spent time in the hammocks, listened to our playlists on a totally fine soundsytem, stargazed from the dock, watched the sunrise from the dock, roasted coffee with our local friends, drank lots of coffee and Quetzalteca, laughed, danced, relaxed and shared deep conversations.
The gardens were well cared for, beautiful and the house was spotlessly clean with the care of Pasqual and Maria(?). Pasqua went above and beyoned to allow us back into the house when we forgot: 1- a passport. 2- a computer and 2- an envolpe of cash. Nedless to say, we tripple tipped him for getting those things back to us. He is a GREAT man!
My wife and I would certainly return with our kids (15/13/11) or recommend this house to anyone hearty enough to take the road less traveled.
WE LOVED IT!"

"This is our second stay in this apartment. We returned because it has all we wanted, The unit is completely furnished right down to a blender ( which we used for mamey/zapote milkshakes!), garlic press ( for our guacamole!), comfortable sofas , and a great king size bed. New windows keep out noise ( we slept well...unusual for us). There is a balcony to enjoy the goings on below, always enjoyable. Also, a rooftop terrace has splendid views of the volcanoes and is a peaceful oasis. Patti takes great pride in her place and is available for any help required and is always willing to answer questions."
