"I had been looking for a perfect escape to celebrate with my husband my birthday - a quiet, dreamy, beautiful spot - and I always had wanted to visit Lake Atitlan. It all came together perfectly in Casa Paloma. We simply couldn't get enough of the amazing views of the lake, the volcanoes, the beautiful lush gardens, and the quiet. We only made it into town for dinner, because we were simply content with lounging around, or taking the kayak to paddle around the lake. The housekeepers Miguel and Mateo were super sweet, never intruding, always helpful in any way. Also, Joyce, the owner gave us excellent instructions before arriving on how to get there, what to do, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better romantic getaway and birthday celebration!"

"We had a lovely stay at Becky's apartment, and it was everything we expected. The place was spotless and cozy, with fresh flowers when we arrived. All of the amenities promised were there, and we were completely set up to be independent. Waking up each day we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace and watched the birds in the garden. We had everything we needed, were super close to the center of Antigua as well as the local market and the artisan markets for shopping. Thanks Becky!"

"We enjoyed our time in Casa Colina, it was a home away from home. The views of the volcanoes were amazing. We loved getting on the lanchas and traveling around the villages. Maria who helped with cleaning and cooking was a wonderful addition to our stay...her meals were delicious! We also used the teachers (Maria and Gaspar) from the Eco School in San Juan who came to the house to teach Spanish. It was an unforgettable experience! Can't wait to visit again!"
