  • Great Resort! Great Owner! Great Experience!

"I just returned from staying at Infinity Bay. First off, the staff was phenomenal! They were so friendly, yet professional and would do anything to make sure your stay was perfect. They made it a point to learn our names and remembered it the whole week! Thanks especially to the pool bar staff Ziggy, Steve (McQueen), Deshawn, Swiss, Claudia, my dive master Dale and the night manager who I know only by nickname I probably shouldn't repeat. YOU ALL WERE AMAZING AND MADE OUR STAY PERFECT. The grounds are beautiful, as was the condo unit. It has a full kitchen, and washer/dryer amongst many other things. Gilles was also GREAT to deal with!! Our emails were always responded to with in hours being sent and all questions always answered in full. Thank you Gilles for letting us rent your condo! I hope to return again someday!!"

  • Decompression

"My wife and I spent 9 nights to celebrate our 60th birthdays. I really can't add much more to the existing reviews except you can believe them. A great place for a self-sufficient couple. We didn't rent a car because as we knew from our visit over 20 years ago that the roads aren't great out in this area. Franklin and Junior picked us up at the airport in Pauls 'Beast' pickup and took us by a modernized grocery store to provision up. We shopped on the fly, but it worked out fine. We were able to buy lobster from a fisherman who stopped at the dock. We also managed to score some lobster and conch on the reefs nearby while snorkeling. All the toys are there for water play, but thankfully no 'waverunner'. Dories are available as water taxis to take you to nearby restaurants on the water if you want a lunch out. We enjoyed BJ's and Pokeys. The canal (mangrove tunnel) is pretty cool if you can catch a ride through there at high tide, and a quick ride over to Jonesville, or Oak Ridge for limited food/drink provisions (we didn't plan the rum supply correctly). We were lucky enough to catch a ride by ocean to Fantasy Island toward French Harbor for a lunch and feeding of the lion. Met some happy people over there. Thankfully, we met Paul on the last couple of days we were there and enjoyed spending time with him, a most gracious host. Franklin managed our maintenance issues handsomely considering the 'island time' effect. Junior was a joy and hooked us up with a lot of local knowledge. We felt secure because of his omnipresence on the property. Diving on the Mesoamerican Reef is the best you will find within 20 hours airline flight. This was only 3 hours from Atlanta......."

  • Peace and quiet on a private stretch of sand

"If you are looking for North American luxury with room service and the works, you'll have to go elsewhere and spend three times as much. If you want to sleep right in the middle of the dance floor with DJ throbbing, head to Infinity Bay. However, if you want peace and quiet, unfettered views of the blue green sea from your private patio and your private beach, these villas will be home. The condo is separated from West Bay proper by the rocking outcrop of Las Rocas dive resort. It has its own a stretch of private beach, with the reef a few hundred yards offshore providing decent snorkeling and calm waters. There's a bit more eel grass here than in the heavily trafficked West Bay, but the solitude was well worth it. Being apart from West Bay was a blessing. Just a few minutes walking brought us right to the action, but we could easily escape the parties and throngs of holiday revelers. The unit we rented (Bayview 3b) was not super luxurious, but was perfectly comfortable and well appointed. We never once turned on the satellite TV, but it was an option. The kitchen had literally everything one might need (bakeware, fry pans, pots, blender, to-go mugs, coffee maker, lots of filtered potable water, etc). We self-catered nearly every meal, though many restaurants sit within easy walking distance. Our unit was on the ground floor with 3 steps going down to the beach. We spent nearly all of our waking hours either in the sand and sea, or on the porch. The porch is semi-gated, has a handful of lounge chairs, along with a large glass table and 6 chairs for the table. The porch was very well shaded in the afternoons, and midday, when sun was strong, we simply moved the lounge chairs under the trees (just in front of the condo, in the sand) to get shade. We highly recommend this condo to any and all travelers. It seemed especially nice for families (we brought our a 9-month old baby and his 75 year old grandma)."

  • Yes,Yes,Yes!!!

"We returned again this year for an even better vacation experience. The condo is well equipped for any in house cooking, the bedrooms are air conditioned but be aware that hydro is 7xs the price as back home, so we only used it at nights. Television, wifi and a monitored security system. Judy leaves no stone unturned to make sure you get what you need and want for a great vacation. Steve and I celebrated our anniversary and Judy had Erica (our real estate contact friend) to make a cake from scratch for us. It was just delicious. This is the type of people you will be dealing with. She is on site and available for questions and assistance. Ron Rivers (roatanadventuretours.net) works closely with her to organize cost effective day tours which are iconic. Day trip by boat to Mango Creek Lodge for sun, magnificent lunch and multiple snorkeling sites all for well under $100 per person. We snorkeled each am out on the reefs just off the dock and then late afternoon at the complex pool to cool off in. We are not the types to return to vacation spots, but easily made the exception here and will do it again!!! Love to all!!"
